In 2007 and 2010, the company established SHK leather branch in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan as a foreign production and processing base to realize trade expansion to Europe and other countries.


"In the past, many products in our region were mainly responsible for the initial processing of raw materials, deep processing and other fine industries were often completed by the provinces or cities in the mainland. Shawkati Ablet: this year, the company plans to invest 580 million yuan to expand the industry. In addition to investing 230 million yuan to build a shoe factory in Urumqi Industrial Park, it also plans to invest 350 million yuan to build a five star hotel with ethnic characteristics in the capital city, integrating Xinjiang elements such as gourmet, singing and dancing with international hotel positioning, providing people with better, more brand value and better quality service in Xinjiang.


Reporter: at present, the marketing performance of hotels in the capital is rather low. Why did they invest in building five star hotels at this time?


Shawkati Ablet: take the Maris Hotel as an example. Besides hosting local banquets, the main reception group is the mainland tourists. In recent years, the occurrence of violent terrorist incidents has had a great impact on catering and hotel businesses. And at this time node, the five star hotel with national characteristics is built because we have confidence in the future of Xinjiang. Reporter: have you always stressed that the construction of national brand is only a consideration of enterprise development and economy?


Shawkati Ablet: the construction of national brand, as the name suggests, is to rub in the products into national culture and national characteristics. As I mentioned before, when the shoe factory is completed, we will design shoes with national characteristics according to the needs of the Central Asian market, such as flower patterns, high barrels, sharp ends and so on. To build a five star hotel with ethnic characteristics, we should bring together the special foods of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang, such as pilgrimage, barbecue, Bahali, roasted buns, milk tea and so on, so that guests can eat all kinds of Xinjiang cuisine in our hotel. At the same time, we should also provide excellent performances of Xinjiang songs, dance and musical instruments. Similarly, we can let guests stay indoors and feel the enthusiasm of Xinjiang people.

Shawkati Ablet: at present, there are 9 companies and nearly 2000 employees in the company. Apart from economic development, we have provided 2000 jobs for the society only in terms of employment. Although the hotel industry is relatively stagnant now, all of our employees are still on the job. No one left. This is not only for the development of enterprises, but also for the stability of employees' emotions.


When the new shoe factories and hotels are built, we can provide at least 3000 jobs. These jobs will not only allow some idle people to do something, but also provide a platform for the graduates of secondary and technical schools, so that more people can understand how to work hard and become rich.
