As the chairman of Changshu Textile Machinery Works Co., Ltd., as a generation of long distance people who led the growth of enterprises, he had seen too many surging clouds and experienced too much stumbling, but he did not have to admit it. Under the epidemic situation

"In the month of 1~3 this year, our sales increased slightly compared with the same period last year, but the epidemic has greatly affected the domestic and foreign trade businesses, and the original orders have been postponed or cancelled, especially in late March." Like most enterprises, Changshu textile machinery also failed to escape the impact of the epidemic.

Peng Xiaohong told reporters that in addition to the change in orders, the supply chain instability caused by the epidemic also brought many uncertainties for the production of enterprises. At the same time, the blockade also blocked the strategic layout of overseas markets. The overseas exhibitions and user expansion plans at the beginning of the year were blocked. At present, Changshu textile machinery is gradually turning to the online expansion mode.

When the epidemic is spreading around the world, when to ease it is not yet known, especially when the foreign trade in India and Vietnam and other countries and regions will be able to develop smoothly. Fortunately, the domestic epidemic prevention and control is good, and the state will also increase investment in infrastructure construction, and then the domestic demand market will rise to a certain extent. In Peng Xiaohong's judgment, the impact of the epidemic on the market may continue until the middle of next year. Overall, in view of the global market turmoil, corporate sales will decline slightly this year.

Under the shadow of the epidemic, the plight of enterprises is common, but efforts are different. The reporter once heard in a sharing entitled "the first outbreak of epidemic disease and how to regenerate the enterprise after being born": in 2020, enterprises should live, survive, recover and start again. In June 1970, the Changshu textile machinery was founded. At that time, there were only some loom parts and weaving devices. After a short period of confusion, the entrepreneurs of Changshu textile machinery, represented by Wang Xiyun, quickly identified the way forward and made clear that the loom opening device was the R & D and production target and entered a rapid development stage.

In 1980s, the products of the leading and lattice products matched with shuttle looms were available, and the Changshu textile machinery was matched with the central spinning machine and the Loom factory inside and outside the province. During the "75" period, the high-grade rapier won the bid with the GT412 multi arm winning bid to undertake the key tackling project of the opening device of the key components of the flexible rapier loom in Jiangsu Province, marking the Changshu spinning machine from the production of shuttle looms to the opening field of shuttleless looms. Its GT412/GT412-12 type dobby is matched with the Soviet textile machinery, the West Airlines spinning machine factory GA733, GA731 flexible rapier spinning machine, replacing the imported equipment and gradually entering the market. In the early 1990s, the long GT412 type dobby was built up to match the domestic loom models to SM92/93, GTM, TP500 and other host plants, with a market share of nearly 100% and exported to overseas countries.

During the "85" period, Changshu textile machinery also undertook the national project "shuttleless loom special high-speed multi arm sub item". In 1994, Changshu spinning machine signed a high-speed multi ARM technology trade contract with Japanese Yamada company, introduced GD50, GD60, EDP4HM dobby and PC33 high speed tappet, and imported spare parts assembly gradually became homemade in 1995 and began to enter the market, filling the domestic jet loom. The blank of the arm has aroused high praise from the market.

1996~1997 Changshu textile machine ASGT221 dobby was launched in the market, matching with the domestic Chinese spinning machine simple rapier GA747 and Guangdong golden company's mid-range rapier loom KT368 loom. It accelerated the process of replacing shuttle looms with shuttleless looms, and once was hot in Shaoxing, Nantong, Changzhou and Guangdong Pearl River Delta region, and the supply was in short supply.

Over the same period, Changshu textile machinery has made an epoch-making decision for enterprises - developing high-speed electronic dobby and electronic jacquard. The first generation of electronic dobby rapier, named 9608 (1996 August), was selected as the supporting prototype of the SPT, and tested at the Changshu dyed four weaving plant at a speed of 300 rpm. After the success of the experiment, they entered the Guangdong market in bulk, named GT405. The success of the product meant that the long side opened the prelude to the transformation of the dobby from mechanization to electronics.

In the early twenty-first Century, the domestic textile industry stepped into a period of rapid development. The market share of GD50, GT412, GT405 and ASGT221 of Changshu textile machinery entered a rapid growth stage, and it took the lead in the market and maintained its strong vitality. At the same time, the rise of Zhejiang Shengzhou tie market made Changshu spinning machine see more opportunities for GT511 jacquard machine, so it focused on technology, sales and employment of local agents to link up the market, and achieved positive results. After this war, the jacquard machine became famous in the market. In 2003, the GT511 jacquard machine and the GTM loom were stationed in the Guangdong market. An order for 90 machines and equipment made the jacquard machine open the door to the market of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong.

Also in 2003, in response to market demand, Changshu textile machinery developed high-speed electronic dobby GT407 for air jet. Due to the compatibility of its air-jet looms and water looms, thousands of units were launched in 2003~2008, which not only gained positive feedback from the market, but also accumulated the valuable experience of developing high-speed dobby.

Combined with various factors, the speed and performance of product development of Changshu textile machinery slowed down significantly during 2008~2014.

In order to reshape the influence of the long brand, after 2015, the Changshu textile machinery leading group reorganized, combed the development direction of new products, made clear the schedule of product upgrading, continuously enriched the product line and improved the product performance, and developed 2655/2655B, 2658B and 2861 products with a speed of 650 R / min. At the same time, the 2869/2869B spray series dobby with a speed of 650 R / min was derived. A series of jacquard machines, such as GT512L/JL1620, JL2410 and GT512T, have been developed. After opening the cam openings, GT623 has successfully developed multi-functional products such as S1351 and S1353. Formed a long square, multi arm, tramway, jacquard series of electronic products of all varieties of the overall pattern.

The Changshu textile machinery has also been developed from the original only part of the state-owned loom manufacturer to the matching supply of various looms at home and abroad, including the Yida and Bi Jiale, and its business users are all over India, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa and other countries and regions. We have set up a sales and service center in China's main weaving production base and India, and gradually formed a comprehensive sales and service system.

50 years of development, "Chang Fang" products have been upgrading from generation to generation, and they also have a batch of loyal users. From the GT412 multi arm to fill the gap of domestic shuttleless loom openings to ASGT221 dobby in short supply, from famous to become a repeat customer, from the world's top 500 users to foreign users gradually recognized, "Chang Fang" has been praised as "China's history Tao Bill".

Such praise is made by Changshu textile machinery by strength, and the recognition of customers is sincere. Many of the textile enterprises that journalists have contacted have a lot of "square flour products". The most impressive reporter is Zhejiang Xin Tao Polytron Technologies Inc, who has signed the N cooperation agreement with Changshu textile machinery.

Founded in 2003, Xin Tao technology mainly produces all kinds of household functional decorative fabrics, with annual sales exceeding 200 million yuan. Since 2008, it has been 11 years since the establishment of Changshu textile machinery cooperation. Lin Tao, deputy general manager of Xin Tao technology, said that the equipment of Changshu textile machinery is fine and stable, and its after-sales service is enthusiastic. It can carefully accept the rationalization proposals put forward by the end customers, and the two sides cooperate very well.

In 2018, Xin Tao technology responded positively to the government's call for the introduction of new heavy jet equipment, upgrading and upgrading. This year, Xin Tao technology has invested heavily in technical transformation projects. It needs to add more than 100 jets and jacquard equipment. Once again, it chooses to believe in Changshu spinning machines, purchase their openings, increase fabric diversification, stabilize products, optimize product mix, produce better benefits, and comprehensively promote intelligent manufacturing, so that products can play a leading role in the market. Xin Tao technology always believes that the cooperation with Changshu textile machinery will be more and more and will be more and more smoothly.

In addition, Changshu textile machinery also has a heavy customer, Hengli Group.

In October last year, Changshu textile machinery, with its own technological strength and excellent product characteristics, took the list of 28 series of electronic dobby hundreds of units of Hengli Group, the national textile benchmarking enterprise, and played a very beautiful battle. It also laid a good foundation for further cooperation in the future. From 2019 to now, the Changshu textile machinery shedding device has been produced in Hengli Boya three phase plant for more than half a year, and the equipment has been fully anticipated. In the 90s of last century, under the decision of Wang Xiyun, director of the factory, the process equipment began to change from traditional vehicle, milling, planing, grinding to NC automation.

In September 1997, when I entered the company, I was assigned to the CNC workshop of Jin two branch factory. At that time, the factory had already imported and domestic CNC equipment such as plus, Li plus, CNC cam grinding, forming mill, and equipped with three coordinate automatic testing equipment, and the strength of processing was not Chang Qiang.

At that time, there were two projects in the factory, namely, GT405 electronic dobby R & D and GD50 dobby localization. The box processing involved in the numerical control workshop was completed. However, due to the limitations of traditional machining ideas and the instability of the domestic CNC equipment, the parts were difficult to clamp, the efficiency of the work was low, and the machining quality of the box was not guaranteed. Along with the promotion of product projects such as GD50 at that time, the company introduced two flexible machining centers synchronously. In the summer of 1998, I was fortunate to be arranged to participate in the on-site training and project acceptance of the two equipments, and felt the charm of the advanced processing equipment technology. Entering the twenty-first Century, the production and sales of the company explosively increased, and the hardware of the enterprise played an important role. The flexible machining center and its technology popularization and application provided strong support for the completion of the production task, and also provided a useful reference for the company's later imported equipment.

As a cuboid, over 20 years of working experience, I have witnessed an important moment in the development of enterprises.
