Development Of Sino Arabic Language System

On August 9th, the Ministry of communications and information technology (hereinafter referred to as "Egyptian Ministry of Communications") formally signed a memorandum of understanding in Beijing. According to the memorandum, the two sides will collect resources to develop the Arabic language system, including speech recognition, speech synthesis, and Machine Translation.

CFO, senior vice president of the University of HKUST, said that the cooperation is a good opportunity for entering the Middle East and African countries. After the completion of the Sino Arabic language system, the artificial intelligence products of the company's flying star can cover users in more than 200 million Arabic speaking countries.

In 2019, HKUST flew into the international market and worked with partners in the UK, the United States, Israel, New Zealand and Australia.
