In specific ways, Yu Tengjiang summed up two aspects:

What does the Yanghe River's digital supply chain do?
Yu Tengjiang made detailed analysis of the specific measures of the Yanghe River supply chain digitalization from supply chain collaboration, factory digitalization, channel terminal and terminal consumers to the power of billion state.
In terms of supply chain coordination system, Yu Tengjiang said that the Yanghe River is highly integrated with the Yanghe River SAP and ERP through its business platform and collaborative supplier platform to achieve the goal of opening up suppliers, raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, the entire supplier production terminal and the Yanghe River.
"Now we are not managing ourselves, but managing our suppliers. The supplier can automatically get the order, and the whole process of preparation, production and delivery is controlled by us. Yu Tengjiang said that in the supply chain collaboration system, all information, order processing information, inventory and production planning, procurement settlement of suppliers are automatically realized on the collaborative platform.
At the end of the plant, the Yanghe River focuses on Digital Smart factories, and connects upstream and downstream through intelligent plant construction, which will truly connect production with demand and supply. "The front-end and the supply chain get through, and after the consumer demand is collected, the plan is automatically generated, including the product preparation will be automatically transmitted to the supplier. Factory automatic production is also automatically arranged through the the Yanghe River system, including the whole business plan forecast and material distribution. Yu Tengjiang said that the core of the process is the transparency of data in the whole workshop of the Yanghe River, and all nodes can get information of each production link automatically.
In terms of channels, after digitalization, the Yanghe River also needs intelligent assistance to display and publicize market information channels through image, text algorithm and other technologies, including automatic acquisition of market performance, so as to reduce the difficulty of salesmen's work.

Difficulties in digitalization and intellectualization of liquor factories
Turning to factory digitalization and intelligent transformation, Yu Ting Jiang believes that the goal of digitalization and intellectualization of the production process represented by liquor is to ensure the control and safety of the whole link.
Yu Tengjiang said that every process from raw materials to warehousing before brewing, the Yanghe River will automatically spot check and check. From an automated point of view, distribution is closed to ensure the safety of raw materials. From the packaging point of view, it is as intelligent as possible to ensure no pollution in the production process. In the warehouse, it is also managed through the system to ensure that the whole link is controllable and safe.
In particular, the digitalization and controllability of brewing, Yu Tengjiang said that the brewing process of wine itself is irreversible and unpredictable. In this process, the Yanghe River will reduce harmful interference factors to the lowest level through intelligent devices, so that beneficial substances will move towards the desired range of brewing and create a relatively intelligent safety and health scenario.
"If you want more beneficial substances, the Yanghe River will achieve it through some sensors and Internet of things. This is the control of the whole production process. "
For the current situation of intelligent promotion in the liquor industry, Yu Tengjiang believes that at present, the level of alcohol production is relatively low. There are two main parts of the intelligent factory of liquor: one is packaging, the other is production and brewing. The intelligent packaging process is relatively easy, but the level of intelligent production is still very low.
Specifically, the production side, Yu Tengjiang analysis said that the intelligent transformation of alcohol factory buildings is very difficult, also very slow, liquor production plants are relatively old, only the construction of some new factories now intelligent level higher. "There are some new factories in the Yanghe River, including the factory building with packaging, and many new equipment. The intelligent transformation of the factory terminal has begun since the beginning of the year. At present, the main factory has achieved 80% intelligent transformation, basically realizing packaging and production links are relatively intelligent and controllable.
In the field of brewing, in Yu Tengjiang's view, the liquor making process can be fully intelligent and intelligent, but there are many uncontrollable factors in the brewing process, which can not be fully intelligent. "The comprehensive automation transformation of the Yanghe River's current koji making process has been completed, and the initial intelligent transformation of the brewing industry is being promoted in an all-round way."
So, to what extent is intelligence in the liquor industry ideal? The answer given by Yu Tengjiang is that it brews semi intelligence, packaging intelligence and marketing digitalization.
Customization after digitalization of supply chain
At present, from the consumer side to the supply side to the factory side, the next goal is the customization of the user side, for example, many social networking platforms are beginning to infiltrate upstream and make customized products at the factory end. Back to the liquor industry, is customization feasible?
In Yu Tengjiang's opinion, the real customization of liquor from taste brewing is a false proposition. First of all, the trace is not controllable and transparent in the brewing process. Yu Tengjiang said that at present, the customization of liquor can only be the packaging changes under different scenes, such as wedding banquet and unit banquet. "Packaging can achieve large-scale customization, but full customization can not be achieved in the liquor industry."
"Liquor industry and consumers are more marketing links, manufacturing production links are still very few, very weak. Consumers' customization of wine is relatively large-scale and customized. This is a scenario.
Yu Tengjiang told the billion state power that the user scenario customization can be met in the Yanghe River. The Yanghe River will work together with suppliers to create a strong scene customization interaction.
As an old liquor making enterprise, the difficult part of the Yanghe River's digital transformation is Yu Tengjiang's idea of team management. He pointed out that if the digitalization of the entire liquor making industry is viewed from the digitalization of marketing and digitalization of management, the digitization rate of several large liquor enterprises may be between 40% and 50%. If the production and supply chain end, the digitization of the industry is still very low. However, Yu Ting Jiang believes that in the next few years, the digitalization of liquor making enterprises will usher in an outbreak period.
From the perspective of technology platform services, in the future, enterprises like the Yanghe River will realize the full chain digitalization and hope to open up digital capabilities to small and Medium wine enterprises, thus forming an open platform for the interconnection of liquor industries based on the Yanghe River. Yu Tengjiang said so.
