From the perspective of the industry, textile, electromechanical and light industry are the three biggest industries that are most affected by international trade friction, and the three are the most important export items. Since 2007, mechanical and electrical products have become the largest categories of commodities involved. Electromechanical products such as fasteners, steel pipes, glasses, lighters and so on have encountered trade friction. At the same time, private enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises have become the main export entities of Zhejiang and the new growth point of Zhejiang's foreign trade. At the same time, they have also brought severe tests to Zhejiang's foreign trade management order. The massive economy they once proud of has frequently become the direction of International trade friction. According to the survey, from 2002 to 2007, there were more than 200 export products in the whole province, which encountered foreign "two anti one insurance" and "337 survey", many of which frequently pointed to the massive economy of our province. Such as the lighters industry in Wenzhou and Ningbo, the polyester industry in Xiaoshan and Shaoxing has been subjected to anti-dumping investigations for several times in its main export markets. For example, fasteners in Jiaxing, aquatic products in Zhoushan, cans in Huangyan and shoes in Wenzhou have also suffered from international trade frictions from their main export markets to varying degrees. "Apart from the foreign trade protection, the low technological content of our export products and the lack of core competitiveness are the internal causes of friction." It is understood that the province's first batch of 20 foreign trade early warning demonstration sites have been launched. These 20 "base areas" of the forewarning and demonstration points for foreign trade are well-known industries in Zhejiang. They are led by trade associations, chambers of Commerce and other intermediary organizations. These demonstrations are just the beginning.
