Lu Pengliang disclosed that because of failing to get the "shield free" issued by the quality supervision department, these small businesses had to find ways to pform into thick plastic bags.

However, due to shortage of funds and backward technology, the strength of these enterprises simply can not meet the requirements of producing thick plastic bags, so they have to close down and stop production.

It is expected that over the next two or three years, more than half of the Pearl River Delta region's plastic products enterprises, mainly small businesses, will end up in "collapse".

The plastics industry is facing a full turn of production. Some enterprises that have won the "gold free" gold standard can not afford to sit back and relax.
