The scope of the reform will be extended to the customs and all entry and exit customs supervision sites, and all categories of customs clearance will be fully covered during the year, so that the clearance of high credit enterprises will be more convenient.

At the same time, we should accelerate the pace of the paperless reform of the customs clearance operation, and use the information technology to realize the electronization of the paper documents.

During the year, we will further expand the pilot site and enterprise scope of the pilot customs, accelerate the networking of relevant regulatory documents, and make the pilot effect of paperless clearance more prominent, laying the foundation for the final realization of paperless operation in the whole process of clearance.
