Mr. Cong said that his camera's three tripod was bought for over 1000 yuan and was robbed.

Unable to catch up with the snatch, Mr. Cong immediately called 110.

Police then seized the monitoring records of shopping malls and H&M stores, ready to search for snatch through video, but found that the video of this time period was "missing".

"H&M store said that the hard disk was broken, so it didn't survive, and the surveillance in the mall was videotaped, but it was only for that time."
