Pre-processing


Because silk has sericin and large rigidity, it is easy to produce brittle defects and needle breakage during weaving. So before weaving, it needs to be treated before weaving.


If you use a general polyester factory's stranded wire, you need to go through the following process: put the twisted raw silk in a solution containing softeners, such as ENS and foaming agent (such as HV-302), bathing at 1:20 or 40-50 degrees Celsius, soaking for 18 hours, drying, winding and knitting again.


If the raw raw silk directly supplied by factory is used, it is necessary to put the raw silk in the vacuum container containing the treatment solution (commonly used in the sago oil solution with bath ratio of 1:10109/L) at room temperature, so that the treatment solution can quickly penetrate into the inner layer and sericin of the package and finish the machine weaving.


Weaving process and technical points


The production of seamless products with real silk has high technical requirements. The knitting process is generally carried out through three steps: sample analysis, program design and machine commissioning.

It mainly includes dimensional analysis, color analysis, raw material analysis and fabric structure analysis.


  

Program design


The program is designed to determine the yarn and the number of threads. According to the choice of the yarn and the number of threads, the program is programmed in the special programming system.

The choice of the yarn must be determined according to the performance of the machine. The front spun yarn is in the inner layer, and the back yarn is on the outer layer. When the fabric is coated with some material to cover another material, the sand mouth should be chosen according to the need.


Debugging on board


After the programming is done, the machine will be debugged. In this process, the size should be strictly controlled, and the procedure should be revised again and again until the requirements are met.
