Shanghai Spot Checks Children Products Clothing Toys Low Pass Rate
On the eve of "61" International Children's day, Shanghai Quality Supervision Bureau focuses on
Children's Wear
Toys, children's cars, diapers (including paper diapers / pads), children's shoes, children's books and children's products packaging products were supervised and spot checked.
After testing, the sampling rates of 3 kinds of products including children's cars, children's shoes and diapers are all 100%; the sample pass rate of children's books and children's products packaging products is 98%, while children's pass rate is 98%.

A total of 93 batches of samples were selected to cover the main production enterprises in the city. The inspection items include instructions for use, fiber content, formaldehyde content, pH value, color fastness, decomposable aromatic amine dyes and odor.
After examination, there were 17 batches of non conformities. The main unqualified items were fiber content, instructions for use, pH value and color fastness to perspiration.
Among them, a total of 11 batches of fiber content of the test results are not consistent with the tagging, including Dacheng glory (Shanghai) clothing and apparel Co., Ltd. knitted T-shirts and so on.
Disney long sleeve T-shirt and other 7 batches of samples pH value exceeded the standard.
A total of 32 batches of children's toys were inspected. After examination, 6 batches of unqualified products were produced by other provinces and municipalities, of which 5 batches of products had serious quality problems.
The main unqualified items are circular holes on rigid materials, rope and elastic rope, small parts, pellets, extruded toys, rattles and similar toys, signs and instructions for use.
It is reported that, after the first quarter of last year, Shanghai Quality Supervision Bureau checked out 1 batches of children's car products unqualified, this is also included in the national compulsory certification products (CCC) directory of children's car product checks are qualified.
