In order to further promote the development of the design service industry in our region, we will start the brand of "creative Xiaoshan", stimulate creative and innovative thinking, speed up the construction of Xiaoshan's design and innovative talents, and actively promote the application of new technologies, new materials and new technologies. The first creative clothing design competition in Xiaoshan will be held.

The competition is organized by the organizers and the organizers. The organizing committee set up an office, which is responsible for the implementation of the activities. The office is located in the third secondary vocational school in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou.

Three. Participants:

In the Xiaoshan District, we have registered clothing companies, design studios, stationed in Shaw institutions, designers working in Shaw, as well as teachers and students and designers in costume design.

Four, activity arrangements and related requirements:

(1) activity arrangement: the three stages of this competition are solicitation, design, collection and presentation.

(two) works required:

1, design draft: design works highlight the creativity of design, fabric and craft. The design draft is series, and each series is suitable for 4 to 6 sets.

(1) each series must be painted on the same effect map, 40CM*60CM in size. It can be hand drawn or computer produced. The effect picture produced by the computer must be printed in accordance with the specifications. If the effect picture is too large or reduced, or is not painted on the same effect picture, it will be regarded as invalid.

(2) the front of the renderings: the top left is the serial name of the work (not the author's name, design idea and so on), and the bottom right is marked and pasted with the fabric sample for the work.

(3) on the back of the effect picture: paste the plane style map in the middle, paste the work information form in the lower right corner, mark the name of the work, and design instructions within 100 words (Unified adoption of Annex 2 work information table).

(4) the competition effect will not be returned. The designer will leave the draft.

The copyright of the design manuscript belongs to the Organizing Committee of the competition.

(5) contestants should fill in two copies of the competition forms (Annex 1 can be downloaded).

The works are sent to the designated address of the competition, and the judges will judge the 30 groups as the selected works.

2, physical production: the specific requirements will be notified of the selected author after the initial evaluation, and the selected author will make physical production according to the notification requirements, and match the corresponding accessories.

Disqualification or disqualification will result in disqualification.

3. Review method

The preliminary assessment and final assessment of the entries will be organized by the organizing committee.

Six. Awards:

The first prize is 2, and the reward is 5000 yuan.

Two prize 4, award: 3000 yuan;

Three prize 6, award: 2000 yuan;

The number of outstanding creative awards is 2000 yuan.

According to the assessment, some of the award-winning designers will be included in the Xiaoshan creative talent pool and enjoy relevant policies.

Seven. Related matters

1. in order to enable more units and individuals to have the chance to participate in the competition, the competition stipulates that the unit does not exceed 3 projects, and no more than 2 individual entries are involved; each piece (project) is restricted to one to two people.

2. the unit shall submit a copy of the business license (official seal) and a personal report with a copy of the identity card.

3. the contestant must ensure the originality of the work and not plagiarize or plagiarize others' works, so as not to infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights or other rights.

In the event of any illegal acts mentioned above, the participants shall be fully liable.

4. the organizing committee is responsible for accepting relevant complaints in written form.

5. the prize money of the winners includes personal income tax.
