There are fans in cheongsam, but more respondents feel that they should redesign the Chinese costume.
From the exquisite jade ornaments of the pre Qin Dynasty, the elegant robes of the Qin and Han Dynasties, the elegant shirts of Wei and Jin Dynasties to the gorgeous makeup dimples of the Tang Dynasty.
Chinese ancestors are always leading the fashion trend.
With the rise and fall of the dynasties and the rise of reform, especially the introduction of colorful foreign cultures and colorful costumes, our traditional dress culture is fading away. Modern Chinese often wear suits and shoes. Do Chinese clothes still have to maintain their own national characteristics, and do not have to form their own national costume system? What are the general public's suggestions for Chinese national costume? If there is a uniform Chinese costume, are they willing to dress? In May 29th, the Chinese national costume Association, the Chinese costume culture Federation and the Rongcheng County People's Government jointly organized the 2011 (Rongcheng) Chinese National Service Forum. After this, the joint investigation circle launched an investigation into 73 netizens on the topics related to the Chinese national costume.
National services need Reengineering
In fact, as early as a few years ago, the international fashion forum of Shanghai international fashion culture festival held the theme of "harmony, fashion and national costume", inviting experts from home and abroad to find answers for Chinese clothing.
In recent years, many NPC deputies, CPPCC members and experts and scholars have made proposals to require the state to formally establish the Chinese national costume. Many people are also arguing over what clothes to choose as the Chinese national costume.
If you have a national costume, which clothing do you think can represent the Chinese costume?
Netizen Lele told reporters: "I think there are too many ethnic groups and cultures in China. Ethnic compatriots wear their own national costumes on major festivals and marriages, and there are too many dynasties in China. The clothes of each era can only represent a small part of Chinese clothing and can not represent all of them. If it is not seen in Chinese in international social occasions, I think men should wear Chinese tunic suits and women wear Qipao, which is in line with traditional aesthetics and suitable for Chinese people."
In the survey, 13.6% of respondents thought that Han clothes could represent the Chinese clothing most; 31.8% of the respondents thought that the Tang suit was the most suitable; 12.1% of the Zhongshan costumes accounted for 12.1%; 7.6% of the respondents thought that the costumes (gowns, liriodenes and Qipao) were the most suitable for the Qing Dynasty; the rest of the respondents believed that they should be based on traditional costumes, citing traditional elements, and then designing a Chinese national costume, accounting for 34.8%.
What criteria should be applied to Chinese clothing? 13.6% of respondents believe that it is most important to conform to the traditional Chinese aesthetic habits. 74.2% of the respondents believe that the Chinese traditional culture is most important, and 12.1% of the respondents think they should be consistent with the Chinese character.
At the 2011 (Rongcheng) Forum on Chinese national costume, Pan Kunrou, President of the China Federation of dress culture, told reporters: "every dynasty has changed its costumes. Today, Chinese clothing has developed many ethnic elements. The use of a certain kind of dress in the past does not accord with the requirements of modern people. In my view, Chinese clothing should have three characteristics, that is, conforming to the Chinese history, enabling all ethnic groups to recognize and satisfy modern people's demand for fashion."
Inheritance of dress culture
If China designs the Chinese costume, will the general public be willing to wear it? 79.1% of the respondents are willing to buy and dress, while 20.9% of the respondents will not buy and wear.
Some of them have no idea about the Chinese costume. Some people also wonder why they should have Chinese clothes. Some people think that there is no need to design Chinese clothes at all.
Chen Yuanlin, vice president of China National Costume Association, told reporters the necessity of China's national costume: "clothing is a symbol and logo of the nation, and a nation without its own national costume. Efforts to carry forward the etiquette culture of this nation will be greatly reduced."
As a cultural symbol, the Chinese national costume is a product built on the Oriental skin, body and clothing etiquette culture. It can wear Chinese clothes with diplomatic characteristics and formal business occasions. It is the symbol of self esteem and self-confidence of the Chinese nation standing in the forest of the world.
In history, China has the reputation of a ceremonial state, and its etiquette is developed. Various etiquette regulations are embodied through the equally developed clothing culture.
During the Xia and Shang Dynasties, the ritual system was established, which corresponded to these ceremonial activities, and all kinds of crown clothing systems appeared, such as sacrificial ceremonies, Royal costume, wedding dress, military uniforms, mourning, and fierce clothes.
In Zhou Dai, the crown dress system gradually improved with the maturity of Zhou Li, and was incorporated into the scope of the rule of rite, becoming a form of etiquette.
"The dress and clothing culture of a country is part of the national culture. From the historical development to the present, cultural competition has become an important competitive factor for a country, and the part that clothing occupies will inevitably become an important form of enhancing the national soft power."
Pan Kunrou is very sure of his rich experience in clothing culture research.
In the debate on the Chinese national costume, the Chinese costume culture derived from the national costume is indispensable.
So do ordinary people think that wearing traditional costumes is helpful to the pmission of Chinese traditional culture? 55.2% of respondents think it is very helpful, 32.8% of respondents think that 7.5% of the respondents think that the help is not big, and that only 4.5% of them do not help.
Don't let country clothes lose in disputes.
The concept of Chinese national costume has been fired for many years, but for many years it has only remained at the level of controversy.
Du Jiancheng, a famous economist and crisis management expert, said: "what the Chinese costume is like, no one can tell it in detail. But in the past long time, many people are discussing the style and details of the Chinese costume. However, during the discussion, time slipped away, and the Chinese costume had not yet been formed.
It's as if people were discussing the cooking methods of birds before shooting birds. In the process of arguing, birds had already left.
Zhuang Zedong, Secretary General of the China National Costume Association, is the main advocate of Chinese national costume. After more than ten years' efforts, the Chinese national costume Association and the Oriental costume group finally completed the development of the Chinese national costume. In this forum, three series of 60 national costume were displayed.
At the same time, the Rongcheng County of Hebei province was established as the production base of Chinese national costume, and the Dongfang national costume Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Rongcheng county.
These actions represent a great step forward from oral argument to practice.
In fact, it is difficult to have a unified standard for Chinese clothes. There are one hundred kinds of national costume images in the eyes of one hundred people. Besides, there are more than a billion people in China.
"What we need to do now is to research and develop independently, and show everyone's ideas through a set of specific costumes. There is always a set of Chinese clothes that people accept. What we need is action."
Du Jiancheng also believes that Chinese clothing workers should actively promote the concept of Chinese clothing in the public and display their advantages to the public.
