Cultural management stage
The boundary of the enterprise is fuzzy. The premise of management is the assumption of social man. It is believed that human nature is good. People are emotional. They like to accept challenges and are willing to give full play to their initiative.
At this time, enterprises should establish an effective people-oriented culture and achieve the goal of enterprises through humanistic management.
Cultural management stage is not without experience management and scientific management. Scientific management is the foundation of cultural management. Experience is still necessary. Culture is like software, system is like hardware, and the two are complementary.
