Divorced Young Women Only Take 1.2 Yuan To Fight Their Own "Jiangshan".

Florist

A failed marriage made me give up all my family property and left my hometown, Hongze, Jiangsu.

Before I opened a flower shop in the county town for four years, I was a wealthy local figure.

It was raining heavily on the afternoon when I arrived in Shanghai by coach. I remember it was November 14, 2000, when I only had 1 yuan and 2 cents, and the people in my family did not know my condition.

At that time, I bet to see if fate wanted me to stay in Shanghai.

When I saw friends in the heavy rain, I felt unsurpassed and believed that I could survive in Shanghai.

First, welcome guests.

My first job was a hotel handyman. I worked uninterruptedly every day from 9 o'clock to 1 o'clock the next morning. After a week, I resigned and paid 100.

Later, I went to a restaurant in Feng Jian Hong Temple as hostess.

Think of yourself as an affluent Florist before having a heart.

But with my bare hands, I am determined to be the best hostess in Shanghai.

In July, it was a long rainy season in Shanghai. Many guests drove to find restaurants, but sometimes they drove away because of the inconvenience of taking a rain road.

So I took the umbrella to greet guests, though I was often drenched, but I caught many "drenched" business.

The boss often hears compliments from the guests.

Two weeks later, the boss promoted me directly to the lobby manager.

Business quickly rose steadily, and the boss promised me a twenty thousand bonus for the month's turnover of more than 300 thousand, but the ribs broke because of wrestling.

The boss gave me 8000 yuan bonus after discharge.

I hope I can go back after training well.

But my heart is no longer in the hotel. I am looking for the wings to fly.

Be a florist

I want to be a florist again, but I am not sure about the flower market in Shanghai. I have taken a fancy to the central flower and bird market opposite the eight hundred companion company in Qing Dynasty. I started to "undercover" on 2001 National Day.

I worked as an amateur in a flower shop for almost 40 days' free work for my boss. I soon got hold of all kinds of situations and decided not to open shop when I was confident of doing business.

When I was undercover, I had some money, but in order to open a flower shop, I dared spend a penny, a 5 jiao steamed bread and boiled water became my dinner.

In late November, my flower shop finally grew up on Zhang Yang's road.

But because there is no popularity, each loss is more than 3000 yuan.

With only 3000 yuan left, I had to go back to central again. Fortunately, I quickly borrowed half a shop in the treasure area.

On the first day of the opening day, I was busy selling flowers in the evening, but I made a 400 yuan business in just a few hours, which gave me confidence in the future.

If business is hard to do, I will be more sincere, so that every customer who buys me will become an old customer.

Once, a picky Hongkong customer bought a flower arranging basket. Because it was too picky, no one wanted to do a small business in the flower market. I finally finished it. The customer said that such a picky person could be "fixed" by me, and if he worked hard, he would be successful.

Since then, the reputation of my business has also been heard in the ring road.

Coincidence, 2001 spring festival and Valentine's day, big florists are optimistic about the market, as early as 100 yuan per tie Gao Jie advance into the rose, but I wait until the festival no one to purchase, at 25 yuan per bundle of price invested most of my money.

There are not many people buying roses in festivals, but because my flowers are cheap, they will soon be out of stock.

I felt I had a firm foothold.

Dig the first pot of gold and dig big customers.

When the central flower and bird market was dismantlement, other florists were at rest, but I still sold flowers there temporarily.

Many old customers couldn't find flower shop. They bought flowers for me. The original more than 20 business was done by my family. At least one thousand or two thousand yuan a day's turnover. After 22 days, when the central bank was completely dismantled, the initial 700 yuan fund accumulated to 17 thousand yuan.

Although there is relatively stable income, it is still a small business. To make my career bigger, I must continue to rely on sincerity and hard work.

In July 2002, a private enterprise greening the environment wanted 120 red pots to make the office greening bottom lined with fixed florists, claiming that Shanghai could not find the red pot.

They came to me by accident. I almost ran around the company that bought the red pot in Shanghai. Finally, a small company found a red pot.

When I handed the red pot to that enterprise, I won the biggest customer. The big business took the initiative to replace me with the old merchants, and was responsible for greening and daily flower arrangement.

With the idea of opening a flower supermarket.

"I want to open a flower supermarket, with a total investment of 1 million, which is still an astronomical figure for me." with the growing strength of Cao ya, more and more customers know her, and investors who are interested in her "flower supermarket" dream also have.

She told the author, "in less than 5 years, I want to buy a house less than 500 thousand, open a flower supermarket, if possible, buy a car less than 200 thousand."

I believe that Cao Ya's "cake" will be bigger and bigger.
