The founding fund of the university student village official, jointly sponsored by the Jiangsu youth development foundation, the Durham group and the Jiangsu Tian Rong Group, was also formally established at the meeting.

Duran group and Tian Rong Group injected 12 million 500 thousand yuan respectively, and 2007 outstanding young entrepreneurs in the 2007 provinces have donated funds to the fund. The scale of the fund has reached 55 million yuan.

The fund is mainly used for entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurship project support, selection and commendation of university student village officials.
