Hunan Province Established The Steering Committee Of Textile And Garment Vocational Education

How to innovate and reform the textile and clothing vocational education, and how to carry out the integration of production and education and school enterprise cooperation? Recently, the founding meeting of Hunan Textile and Clothing Vocational Education and Teaching Steering Committee (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Textile and Clothing Industry Steering Committee") was held in Hunan Arts and Crafts Vocational College.

More than 80 people attended the meeting, including Luo Wenliang, the director of Hunan Textile and Clothing Industry Association and the chairman of Hunan Textile and Clothing Industry Association, Chen Xiuling, the deputy director of Hunan Textile and Clothing Industry Association and the secretary-general of Hunan Textile and Clothing Industry Association, experts and scholars from various vocational colleges in Hunan Province, industry enterprises inside and outside the province, all members of Hunan Textile and Clothing Industry Association, and representatives of teachers and students of the school.

Xia Nengquan, president of Hunan Arts and Crafts Vocational College, pointed out that the establishment of Hunan Textile and Clothing Industry Committee is an important measure to strengthen industry guidance, evaluation and service, deepen the integration of industry and education, school enterprise cooperation, and further improve the modern vocational education system. As the first vice chairman and secretary-general unit of the Hunan Provincial Textile and Clothing Branch, the school will vigorously support the work of the Hunan Provincial Textile and Clothing Branch and provide necessary working conditions; Designate special departments and special personnel to assist in handling the daily work of Hunan Textile and Garment Branch; Actively build a working platform for the Hunan textile and clothing industry; We will try our best to provide working funds for the Hunan Provincial Textile and Garment Industry Committee, and make due contributions to Hunan's vocational education and textile and garment industry.

At the meeting, Gao Jianmin, secretary-general of the Hunan Provincial Textile and Garment Association, interpreted the regulations of the Hunan Provincial Textile and Garment Vocational Education and Teaching Steering Committee. Mu Xuemei, member of the Hunan Textile and Garment Industry Steering Committee, interpreted the 2023 work plan of Hunan Textile and Garment Vocational Education and Teaching Steering Committee. Subsequently, 27 members of the Hunan Provincial Textile and Garment Bank Committee exchanged views and discussed with each other, deliberated and voted on the Articles of Association of the Hunan Provincial Textile and Garment Bank Committee, and agreed on the work plan for 2023.

The Hunan Provincial Textile and Clothing Industry Committee will give full play to the role of expert organization, gather the strength and wisdom of experts from the government, industry enterprises and colleges, promote the integration of industry and education, school enterprise cooperation, deepen the reform of textile and clothing vocational education and teaching, and make positive contributions to promoting the high-quality development of textile and clothing vocational education.
