Announcement of Beiqing Huanneng Group Co., Ltd. on replacing the sponsor of independent financial consultant under continuous supervision

The company and all members of the board of directors guarantee that the contents of information disclosure are true, accurate and complete, and there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions.

Zhongtian Guofu Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongtian Guofu securities") is the independent financial consultant of Beiqing Huanneng Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") in 2020 major asset purchase and related party transaction projects. The independent financial advisors are Mr. Fan Kaixian Sheng and Mr. Wang Liangchen. The continuous supervision period will be until December 31, 2021.

On December 23, 2021, the company received a letter from Zhongtian Guofu securities on changing the sponsor of the independent financial consultant of Beiqing Huanneng Group Co., Ltd., and Mr. Wang Liangchen, one of the original sponsors, was unable to continue to perform the corresponding duties due to work change, Zhongtian Guofu securities hereby appoints Mr. Song Jiahong (see attachment for resume) to replace Mr. Wang Liangchen to perform corresponding responsibilities for the unfinished continuous supervision work.

After the change of the sponsor of this continuous supervision independent financial consultant, Mr. Fan Kai and Mr. Song Jiahong will continue to supervise the major asset purchase and related transaction projects of the company in 2020.
