St Gaosheng (000971): Transaction Of Selling Equity Of Subsidiary Is Completed

St Gaosheng (000971) announced on the evening of November 24 that the company held the 58th meeting of the 9th board of directors on July 22, 2021, deliberated and passed the proposal on selling 100% equity of Shanghai Gaosheng Data System Co., Ltd. The company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Gaosheng Data System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai gaoshu") and Shanghai World Union Technology Co., Ltd

The company signed the equity transfer agreement to transfer 100% equity of Shanghai gaoshu, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The transaction consideration was RMB 130 million.

As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the company has received all the consideration price of this transaction, and has completed all asset delivery procedures of Shanghai gaoshu with its trading counterpart. Shanghai gaoshu is no longer included in the company's consolidated statements. The equity transfer transaction has been completed.
