Feng Dehu Was Elected President Of The 4Th Council Meeting Of The 7Th China Textile Planning Research Association Held

On November 20, the fourth enlarged meeting of the 7th Council of China Textile Planning Research Association was held in Baoshan City, Yunnan Province.

Nearly 40 people attended the meeting, including directors of the 7th Council of China Textile planning and Research Association and some member representatives. The meeting was presided over by Yu Yizheng, executive vice president of China Textile planning and Research Association.

Li Jincai, President of China Textile planning and Research Association, made a report on the work of the Research Association and explained the financial revenue and expenditure in 2019. He said that since 2019, with the care and support of leaders at all levels of the China Textile Industry Federation, with the active support and cooperation of all member units, in accordance with the work direction and tasks formulated by the Third Council of the 7th planning and Research Association, and considering the forward-looking, leading and key issues in the development of the textile and garment industry, China Textile planning and Research Association has been promoting the technological progress of the textile and garment industry We have actively carried out work in promoting the industrial and financial cooperation of the textile industry and strengthening the forward-looking research on the industrial economic development, and have made great progress. According to the principle of market demand and the key development direction of the industry, at present, China Textile planning and Research Association has a clear direction of business development, and its business income has been greatly increased, and its industry recognition and influence have been greatly improved.

At the meeting, sun Xiaoyin, deputy secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission and director of Human Resources Department of China Textile Industry Federation, announced the decision to recommend leaders of China Textile planning and Research Association: according to the needs of work, through the study and decision of the Standing Committee of the Party committee of China Textile Industry Federation, we recommend Comrade Feng dehu, the current Vice President of China Textile planning and Research Association, as the president candidate, and Liu Yanwei as China Vice president of textile Planning Research Association. Comrade Li Jincai no longer serves as president of China Textile planning and research association due to his age. In his speech, sun Xiaoyin fully affirmed the work achievements of the seventh leading group of the Research Association in the past three years and put forward hope for future work.

Through the vote of the 4th Council of the 7th Council of the Research Association, the proposal of adding Liu Yanwei and Wang Yuping as the directors of the 7th Council of China Textile planning and Research Association was passed. Feng dehu was elected president of China Textile Planning Research Association. Liu Yanwei was elected vice president of China Textile Planning Research Association.

Liu Yanwei said that with the general trend of economic marketization and regional transfer of industries, based on the active efforts of all colleagues in the Secretariat of the association, in 2019, the Council made new attempts in the scope, content and depth of consulting services, and achieved certain results. In the future, I believe that under the leadership of Feng dehu and the support of previous leaders, the Research Association will really focus on practical work, research and solve problems, and contribute to the high-quality development of the industry and enterprises.

At the meeting, the Council also deliberated and passed the proposal to establish the Green Development Committee of textile industry of China Textile planning and Research Association (hereinafter referred to as "green development special committee"), with Yu Yizheng as the director and Wang Yuping as the executive deputy director of the special committee. It is understood that the green development committee is composed of experts and discipline leaders from scientific research institutes, professional companies and industry departments engaged in theoretical research, product development and consulting services of green development of textile and garment industry. It integrates professional resources of the industry and provides professional guidance and consulting services for promoting green development of the textile industry.
