Patent Award Of China Textile Federation In 2020

China Textile Industry Federation's patent award of 2020 was launched recently.

All invention patents (excluding utility model patents and appearance patents) authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office involving the field of science and technology in the textile industry, and meeting the following conditions at the same time, can participate in the selection of China Textile patent award: state owned, joint venture (Chinese party holding), private enterprises and other units or Chinese citizens with legal personality; they will be granted invention patents before December 31, 2019 Right (excluding national defense patent and confidential patent); patent right is valid and has no right to be a dispute; all patentees agree to participate in the evaluation; a patent is evaluated as a project; the patent has been implemented and has achieved outstanding results; it has not won China Patent Award and China Textile Industry Federation patent award.
