The expert group agreed that the process of solvent substitution in acrylonitrile plant is safe, environmentally controlled, stable in production and excellent in product quality. It provides comprehensive information, reliable data and meets the requirements of identification. The comprehensive technology of DMAC solvent dry acrylic fiber production has reached the advanced level in China. The technology "has achieved new breakthroughs in the production technology of acrylic fiber spinning industry", "innovative and independent intellectual property rights, and the comprehensive technology of DMAC solvent dry acrylic fiber production is the first in China".
Qilu Petrochemical Industries Co acrylic fiber plant is the only company in China that adopts dry spinning process. The original dry process of two methyl formamide solvent is listed as a backward process by the NDRC. According to the requirements of the Shandong Provincial Department of ecology and environment supervision, the process will be eliminated in 2020. How to complete the process transformation as soon as possible is related to the survival, transformation and development of the enterprise and regional stability.
Qilu Petrochemical Industries Co actively organized the process transformation work, decided to replace the solvent to a more environmentally friendly two methyl acetamide (DMAC), "acrylic fiber plant DMF process to DMAC process" has been included in Qilu Petrochemical Industries Co "one hundred days to tackle hard work" key work and one of the ten major technical research projects.
After the company and factory expert group review, solvent replacement for major process changes, the level of change in Qilu Petrochemical Industries Co is the first time. Faced with numerous difficulties without reference to technology and without technical precedents, the staff of acrylic fiber factory launched an attack on tackling the problem of solvent substitution technology.
Polyacrylonitrile plant technicians repeatedly discussed and confirmed that the DMAC solvent was gradually replaced by the method of production test. Under the guidance of the Ministry of science and technology, the acrylic fiber plant has formulated a number of key measures and contingency plans, and has also accelerated the approval of solvent purchasing. The DMAC schedule for the implementation of alternative experiments has been compiled, and 12 working nodes have been identified.
In order to ensure the success of the test and complete the task of supervising the government as quickly as possible, the acrylic fiber plant actively organized the discussion on process technology. After several rounds of discussions, a number of key measures and contingency plans were formulated. The "DMAC replacement experiment implementation schedule" has been compiled, 12 working nodes have been defined, and the test time has been advanced from June 1st to May 12th, which is 20 days ahead of schedule.
The staff of the whole plant stick to the production site for 24 hours and solve the problem of production fluctuation in time. Every time the interval is 3-5 days, the production operation is observed synchronously. Under the close cooperation of the Research Institute, the laboratory provides the data support for the actual problem solving through laboratory small test and simulation software, and optimizes the adjustment of the control parameters, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the device.
According to the test node requirements, since April, the company no longer purchased DMF solvent, DMAC solvent began to enter the plant. In May 12th, the new DMAC solvent was introduced, and it was completely replaced in June 12th. The node was 3 months ahead of schedule.
As of June 23rd, a total of 3475 tons of acrylic fiber with DMAC as solvent was produced, and the quality of the products was excellent. The product has been sold for more than 2500 tons. After the after-sale product tracking, the customer has fully affirmed the quality of the product. So far, Qilu Petrochemical polyacrylonitrile plant has successfully carried out dry spinning acrylic fiber production with two methyl acetamide (DMAC) as solvent in the industrial plant for the first time.
