At the site of the assembly area of the garment production Park in the South China textile industrial base project, a row of neat assembly plants rises everywhere, and the construction workers are busy everywhere. Wang Ning, the field guidance engineer of Hengyang's far south textile industry base in Hunan Province, is patiently conducting the construction work and checking the construction quality of the hoisting workers. Since the project started this year, Wang Ning insisted on working overtime with the workers in the construction line until 11 p.m.

The construction of 6 complex buildings in the assembly area is speeding up, and the main works are mainly completed by hoisting. As a project guidance engineer, Wang Ning patiently directed and strictly checked every step and detail of the construction process, and personally solved the problems in the construction process with the workers, ensuring that every floor was safely and orderly butted. In order to coordinate the work between teams, Wang Ning often runs back and forth between buildings, directing and dispatching, and works with workers in the hot sun, and jointly promotes the completion of the project as scheduled.

"In particular, like these joint boards, when they are hoisted, some of them will not be able to carry out the adjustment. I will tell them how to correct and how to position the board. This is the most important thing." Wang Ning said.

The textile industrial base in southern Hunan is the 100 key industrial project of Changning Province, which is introduced by Hunan province. It is a key project for Hengyang to build 100 billion industrial clusters and strive to undertake industrial transfer. During the May Day, workers worked overtime every day.

At present, 6 assembly plants in the assembly area of the clothing production park have been fully capped, 2 of them have been put into use, and the remaining 4 have entered the finishing stage of the decoration. 6 comprehensive buildings are expected to be fully capped before May 25th. In addition, housing renovation and greening projects in the factory area are also advancing rapidly.
