In October, 28 New Shopping Centers In The Country Dropped By 40% Over The Same Period Last Year.

On November 19th, according to the statistics of the retail business research center, 28 new commercial projects were launched in October (excluding professional markets, amusement parks, hotels and office podium, with a commercial area of 20 thousand or more), with 2 million 330 thousand and 800 new businesses and an average business volume of 8.3.

In the newly opened commercial projects in October, 2-5 000 parties (including 20 thousand parties, excluding 50 thousand parties) accounted for about 36%; 10-15 000 parties (including 100 thousand parties, excluding 150 thousand parties) accounted for about 32%; 5-10 million parties (including 50 thousand parties, excluding 100 thousand parties) accounted for about 32%; and the commercial items above the above mentioned parties also accounted for about 1%. From the perspective of commercial volume, the business body of the 2-5 party is the mainstream.

In the era of commercial stock, some developers have been relatively cautious in recent years, and more and more enterprises have reduced the development investment of commercial projects. But in the same period this year, compared with 2016 and 2017, it fell significantly, reaching 40%, to some extent, indicating the prudent development attitude of the national commercial real estate market.
