The national textile product development base is sponsored by the China Textile Industry Federation, sponsored by China Textile Information Center and the national textile product development center. It is a product development collaboration system that integrates relevant trade associations and excellent textile enterprises representing the advanced productive forces of China's textile industry. It aims to encourage and guide Chinese textile enterprises to carry out product innovation and management innovation with the optimized management of "Fabrics China China popular fabric" value chain, improve product development level, enhance comprehensive competitiveness, and realize the transformation from scale economy to value economy.

The national textile product development base has 118 leading enterprises from cotton, hemp, silk, wool and chemical fiber, covering the whole industrial chain of fiber manufacturing, spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, finishing, garment making and dyeing and finishing, forming a solid foundation for integrated innovation.

2019 autumn joint exhibition, a total of 74 excellent textile enterprises (a total of 91 booths) participated.
