Anta'S Revenue In The First Half Was 14 Billion 810 Million Yuan, An Increase Of 40.3% Over The Same Period Last Year.
On August 27th, Anta sports released its interim results in 2019. According to the financial report, the profit of the company during the reporting period was 14 billion 810 million yuan, an increase of 40.3% compared with the same period last year. Gross profit was 8 billion 302 million yuan, an increase of 45% compared with the same period last year. The operating profit was 4 billion 257 million yuan, up 58.4%; the profit attributable to shareholders was 2 billion 482 million yuan, an increase of 27.7% over the same period last year, and the gross profit margin increased 1.8% to 56.1%.
From the brand perspective, the two main brands of the company, Anta and FILA 2019 reached 7 billion 590 million yuan and 6 billion 538 million yuan respectively in the first half of the year, an increase of 18.3% and 79.9% over the same period. Notice shows that the group's revenue comes mainly from the core division Anta, which accounts for 51.2% of the total revenue.
In addition, the report shows that other brands have 115 DESCENTE stores operating in mainland China, with a net decrease of 2 in the period, 173 in KOLON SPORT stores, 8 in the period, 110 in SPRANDI shops, 6 in the period, 70 in the KINGKOW stores, and 7 in the period.
Anta group said it expects that by the end of 2019, the number of DESCENTE stores in mainland China is expected to reach 130 to 140. KINGKOW is expected to have 90 to 100 stores, and SPRANDI expects 120 to 125 stores, while KOLONSPORT expects 170 to 180 stores.
Gross profit margin, Anta sports gross gross profit margin increased by 1.8% to 56.1% over the same period, mainly due to the contribution of FILA division increased. The gross profit margin of Anta brand decreased by 1.6% to 42.5% compared with the previous year, and the gross profit margin of FILA brand was 71.5%, which was 71.1% in 2018.
From the product category, the company's two main businesses, footwear and clothing in the first half of 2019, respectively, reached a profit of 5 billion 123 million yuan and 9 billion 150 million yuan, an increase of 24.7% and 50.9% over the same period.
