Announcement of the fifth meeting of the seventh board of directors

The board of directors of Kerid Cmi Holdings Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "company") issued a notice in February 13, 2019, and the fifth meeting of the seventh board of directors of the company was scheduled to be held at 10:00 a.m. on February 20, 2019.
