Some manufacturers are mainly collecting money this week. "Stop entering orders in January, and this week is mainly the withdrawal of payments." Many manufacturers are making preparations for the coming year. Sun manager of Wujiang source silk Co., Ltd. told the author: "our factory mainly produces Hua Yao crepe fabric, and our flower and crape sales are always the best in the factory. In January, we did receive some orders for next year, but not many. This week, our factory's machines are still full, so we should prepare for stockpiling." In addition, the head of Wujiang Sheng Li jet weaving mill and Suzhou Sheng Kai Textile Co., Ltd. also told us that the factory is still weaving this week. In order to prepare for next year, we hope that we can usher in the peak season in March next year.

It can be seen that in the early part of the Spring Festival, manufacturers did receive orders, but most of them were small bills. At present, most of the factories are weaving for next year, and not because they need to rush for orders many years ago. So it seems that the market of textile market has not really recovered at the end of the year. Most manufacturers are looking forward to next year's "red March".

The total loss of workers is less, and wages will rise next year.

The difficulty of recruiting workers in textile mills has always been a major problem in textile markets all over the country. So what is the current employment situation in Shengze textile mill? As the festival approaches, I have heard that many factories have workers coming home early to celebrate the new year.

"We feel that workers' problems will not be particularly serious this year. On the one hand, we will have good treatment here. In addition, many cloth owners also hold similar statements. Mr. Sun manager of Wujiang source silk Co., Ltd. also said that the workers in the factory were well paid, and the annual wages would be raised, so there were basically no workers who resigned this year.

Wang Jun Textile Co., Ltd. of Wujiang, Ms. Wang also told us: "the loss of workers is not serious, but generally the factory holidays are relatively early. Our textile workers mainly come from Anhui, Guizhou and other relatively remote places, so they are anxious to go home, can only recruit temporary workers, and now recruit three temporary workers from Zhejiang, they can accept the late holidays to return home."

After investigation, we found that every year there was a little gap in Shengze textile mill, but it was not serious. Many workers are old employees who have worked for a long time. If wages are guaranteed, there will be no shortage of labor. In addition, during the period before the lunar new year, many workers will have early leave to go home for the new year. If some factories are in a rush to work before the year, they will recruit temporary workers. The wages of casual workers will be higher than those of ordinary workers, so there will still be people willing to do so. Most of the textile bosses say that they will be able to compete for jobs next year. If they want to increase their wages and increase their workers' welfare next year, workers' wages will rise again again next year.

Ms. Wang, Wujiang Junru Textile Co., Ltd. also said: "our company's main flat peach began last year, because the local loom number is reduced, the output is reduced, and the quality of the grey fabric is not as good as the local ones. So many customers are still willing to buy the local grey cloth, so our old customers are still quite numerous. At present, we can take orders, so I think the market for next year should not be too bad."

There are also many cloth owners that the textile market is uncertain next year. The demand for textile market is weakened and competition is fierce. The cake is partitioned and the survival of small businesses is more difficult.

The main memory of the Suzhou Yu Qing textile leader Zhang said: "last year when the textile market was bad, our business was bad.
