"China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition" (ITMA ASIA + CITME) is made up of "China International Textile Machinery Exhibition" and "ITMA ASIA". After the successful holding of 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016, the "China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition" in 2018 China continued to uphold the concept of providing quality service to the global textile machinery manufacturers and textile industry customers, and to create a platform for the global textile machinery manufacturers and textile professionals to interact with each other. In 2018, China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia exhibition will be held on October 15, 2018 -19 at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai).

At this exhibition, Jiangsu Kay palace displays four intelligent and differential combing equipment, including JSFA3180 stripper, JSFA2188 intelligent comber, JSFA2186 multi comber, JSFA016 intelligent cotton roll handling system (KBK).

JSFA3180 bar coiler

The high efficiency drafting, the upper and lower three cylinders are pressurized, the spacing adjustment is simple and flexible, the independent winding and bar detection design is designed, and the online control is carried out all the time. The belt conveyer is adopted in the whole machine, and the maintenance is convenient and the materials are easy to be damaged. JSFA2186 multi fiber comber

The JSFA2186 multi fiber comber has wide application scope and is suitable for combing the cotton type chemical fiber (including polyester, viscose, Tencel, etc.) and its blended, fine wool cotton, long staple cotton, cotton and linen blended material.

The new high efficiency separation and joint mechanism of the machine has high speed performance and energy saving effect. It expands greatly the adaptability of the fiber length spinning range, especially for the cotton fiber and long staple cotton with better uniformity. The combed fiber dropping rate is lower to reduce the consumption of raw materials. The new type carding equipment is applied to optimize the design of the density, shape, angle and the arrangement of the needle teeth of the cylinder and the top comb according to the parameters such as length, fineness and friction property of the cotton raw materials such as chemical fiber, cotton and hemp blended yarn, so as to reduce the filament winding of the cylinder and the top comb, reduce the fracture of the fiber and the damage of the needle, and optimize the combing process according to the type and performance of the fiber, such as the quantity of the cotton roll, the feeding mode, the length of the cotton, the distance between the cotton noil, the positioning of the cylinder, the separation of Luo Lashun spanfer timing (overlap scale), the table drafting and the drafting process. According to the different fiber types and combing quality requirements, the Xilin variable speed carding mode can be used. The special clamp cotton feeding mechanism of cotton type chemical fiber and long staple cotton can be developed to solve the problem of cotton web breakage at high speed.

JSFA016 intelligent cotton roll handling system (KBK)

JSFA016 intelligent cotton roll handling system (KBK) is used for intelligent and automatic spanportation between strip winder and comber, and develops control procedures for mechanical mechanisms such as spanport support mechanism, hanging mechanism, and embedded suspension system. The full volume storage platform is designed and completed at the output end of the stripe coiler, and the 8 rolls of the cotton roll are continuously and evenly distributed to the unit, and automatically conveyed to the comber to hoist the spanportation area. The storage platform is designed and completed, and the ATC code returned from the comber is fed to the stripe and rewinder one by one to complete the continuous production of the bar and coil and the output terminal. It can set up the supply and distribution relationship according to the different types of spinning machines and combing machines, and identify the ID intelligent handling of each device.
