The report shows that in the two quarter, the retail outlets of Kappa brand shops on the whole offline platform were flat compared with the same period last year.


In July 13th, Kappa parent company China trend (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China trend") released the second quarter and first half of 2018, showing the operation of the Kappa brand store (excluding Kappa children's clothing business and Japanese business) at the beginning of the same quarter last year. In the two quarter of this year, the same sales volume of the whole offline platform decreased year by year, and the total sales volume of the whole offline platform increased year by year in the first half of 2018.

The report shows that retail sales of Kappa brand shops (excluding Kappa children's clothing business and Japanese business) in the two quarter are flat compared to the same period last year; the cumulative retail flow of the entire offline platform in the first half of the year increased year by year.

In this regard, China's trend indicates that in the first half of 2018, when the futures orders fell by 20%-25% compared with the same period last year, the company still achieved the goal of same store sales and retail sales growth.

As of June 30th, the amount of the company's stock (calculated in terms of the tag price) decreased by double digits at the end of 2017.

In the first half of 2018, the effect of upgrading 45 stores was also very significant.

The company will also actively shut down and restructure low store shops to ensure that the annual single store efficiency continues to grow.

In fact, China's performance began to decline in 2017.

As of December 31, 2017, China's trend of operating income fell 9.91% to 1 billion 353 million yuan over the same period, and net profit fell 7.47% to 705 million yuan over the same period.
