The pformation project will eliminate the existing annual output of 30000 tons of staple fiber differential spinning thread, and build two different annual output of 10000 tons of biomass continuous spinning differential filament production line and workshop and supporting facilities.

The project will completely replace the original song, roll and quilt from the domestic advanced production equipment.

The spinning process has greatly shortened the technological process and realized the leap from raw bamboo pulp to spindle products.

After the project was put into operation, the products were replaced by long fibers instead of staple fibers. Jilin company has become one of the few enterprises producing viscose filament yarn in China. It is expected to achieve annual sales income of 1 billion yuan, an annual average sales revenue of 467 million yuan, an average annual net profit of 179 million 331 thousand yuan, and 230 jobs.

In the future development, the company will also rely on the largest carbon fiber precursor and carbonization production base of the Jilin chemical fiber group, as well as Hebei's huge carbon fiber products processing and distributing center, to plan and build the carbon fiber industrial park project.

The project is expected to invest 2 billion 500 million yuan, and set up a technical service platform based on Jilin chemical fiber, Zhejiang Seiko and high performance materials Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
