In order to ensure standard, normative, scientific, rational, and advanced, the association specially invited the Minister of the Ministry of industrial and agricultural standardization research department of the provincial standardization research institute, Wenhua, deputy section chief of the inspection department of the provincial Fiber Inspection Bureau and Hu Yuzhen, a senior engineer, and 3 experts, such as the chief of the complaint reporting center and the senior engineer Liu Hui, to examine the standards carefully and carefully.

On the basis of listening to the drafting group's members, the proposal, the establishment, the drafting process and the result report, the review group carried out the technical reply, and put forward some amendments and suggestions on the existing problems.
