Official documents are strictly defined. They are the articles with legal effect and standard format used by our organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions in official activities. It is a branch of the generalized "official document". Unlike statutory documents, users are not limited to state administrative organs. They have no legal effect. The most common feature with official documents is that they are functionally identical and similar in format. They are all public service activities and have relatively fixed norms.
