China Cotton Textile Industry Upgrading Summit Forum Held In Yinchuan, Ningxia

In September 1st, the China cotton textile industry upgrading forum and the 2014 cotton textile chief engineer forum were held in Yinchuan, Ningxia.

The forum takes the theme of "new highlights and new ideas of industrial upgrading" as the theme. The forum highlights the "four new", namely the new equipment, optimization of new structure, new ideas of product innovation and new driving force for quality improvement.

In August 31st, the Ningxia eco Textile Industry Demonstration Park held the Lingwu Park licensing and project launching ceremony, and opened the prelude to the summit forum of China's cotton textile industry upgrading.

The Party committee and government of the autonomous region have clearly defined the position and important tasks of Ningxia's participation in the construction of "one belt and one road" in the light of the characteristics of Ningxia, such as the prominent advantages of Arab cooperation, the advantages of Chengdong to the west, and the good foundation for industrial development.

The construction of Ningxia ecological textile industry demonstration park is designated as "No. two project" in Ningxia. The industrial structure is adjusted to build a strategic platform for regional cooperation so as to achieve complementary growth in the eastern and western regions and form a new growth pole.

The planning and construction of the Helan park will create a new modern, environment-friendly intensive textile industrial base with the production of colored polyester fiber as the main body, color spinning, dyed weaving and clothing as the whole. Lingwu park will create a multi-functional comprehensive park with cashmere processing as the main body, integrating industry, research and development, and logistics. Shandong Ruyi group has invested 7 billion 500 million yuan to build Ruyi technology fashion city.

According to the development plan of Ningxia eco textile industry demonstration park, the production plan of "one park and two districts" can achieve 310 billion yuan in output value and 150 thousand people in employment. The proportion of heavy industry and light industry in Yinchuan and Ningxia will be adjusted to 70:30 from the initial planning 87:13, and it will play a positive role in reducing the energy consumption of Ningxia's 10000 yuan industrial added value.

With the Ningdong energy chemical base and the "silver elm" energy Golden Triangle chemical project successively put into operation, it will produce a large number of coal chemical products and directly supply the core project of the eco textile garden -- an annual output of 3 million tons of polyester.

And subsequent processing projects, the formation of the new production of direct spinning colored polyester fiber as the main body, petrochemical, coal chemical and color spinning, dyeing and weaving upstream and downstream industries integration of eco-environmental intensive textile industrial base, and simultaneously create enterprises, industrial communities, the park "three in one" circular economy system and the national ecological textile industry demonstration park.
