The new specification will be formally implemented in October 1st.

According to the introduction, this revision complements the contents of the customs declaration in the relevant documents since 2004. According to the announcement of the relevant departments of the environmental protection administration, the General Administration of customs and the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine, the requirements for the "record number", "pportation mode", "accompanying documents" and "marking marks and remarks" and other related columns in the customs declaration of import and export goods of the People's Republic of China customs have been adjusted accordingly.

At the same time, due to the gradual withdrawal of the customs H883 system, this revision revoked the requirements for the filling out of the customs declaration form of the H883 system. The "Customs number", "date of import / export", "date of declaration", "date of declaration", "pport name", "pport number", "container number", "Freight", "Freight", "premium", "incidental bill", "marking mark and remark" and "filling date" in the customs declaration form of "People's Republic of China customs import and export customs declaration form" were revised respectively.

The reporter also learned that the revised "People's Republic of China customs import and export cargo declaration specification" has been formally implemented since October 1, 2008, and the customs declaration issued by the General Administration of Customs has been abolished at the same time. The printed customs declaration of People's Republic of China customs entry (exit) is still available.
