It is said that the unified account is to make statistics on the daily output of printing and dyeing sludge of each printing and dyeing enterprise, and ask about the whereabouts of these sludge; Unified cleaning and transportation means that specialized companies are selected to transport printing and dyeing sludge, so as to control the direction of sludge during transportation; Unified disposal means that all printing and dyeing sludge in the urban area is concentrated in one treatment center for treatment; The unified price means that the development and reform department should check and ratify the clearing and transportation price and treatment price of printing and dyeing sludge; Unified settlement means that printing and dyeing enterprises should pay the disposal fee and clearing and transportation fee in advance according to the amount of printing and dyeing sludge approved by the environmental protection department every quarter, and then review whether the actual amount of sludge produced by the enterprise exceeds the standard according to the actual situation.
