Consumers in Pakistan buy clothes.

With their growing popularity, their consumption is gradually away from tailor-made. This phenomenon has attracted more textile companies, including exporters, to turn their businesses into clothing for the middle class of the country.

Data from the Pakistan Bureau of statistics show that in the past 10 years, demand for garments and garments has increased by 81% in Pakistan, despite a higher growth in clothing prices.

The rise in demand may attract changes in consumer behavior: urban population has higher disposable income, growth and development of a shopping culture, like buying clothes in retail stores, rather than tailoring to tailor shops.

So far, tailor-made is still

Pakistan

The mainstream of the clothing sector, in the urban areas, the tailor is facing a difficult period.

About 85% of consumers turn to ready-made clothes.

Tailors usually find that their workrooms are cut off, which is bad for them because it prevents them from delivering orders in time.

Pakistan has no share in fashion and sports textiles and clothing. Despite the European and US public appeals for such products, exports of raw cotton, including exports of raw cotton, increased by 668% over the same period last year.

In the 7-9 fiscal year of 2011-12, raw cotton exports amounted to US $54 million 247 thousand, compared with us $7 million 63 thousand in the same period last year, according to preliminary statistics from the Federal Bureau of statistics.

The biggest advantage of tailoring garments is to get better fit. In this respect, almost all retail garments sold by retail stores are ignored.

Many tailors are facing a decline in consumer groups.

In addition, domestic ready-made garments

Clothing demand

The rise is attracting the attention of textile exporters.

In 2006-2010 viscose, the local sales revenue of garment manufacturers rising in Karachi stock market has increased at an average speed of 29% per year, and their export sales are faster. What the Pakistan government must bear in mind is that for the domestic industry, the current textile industry crisis may be a period of success or failure.

Unless the government takes practical measures to support the struggling textile sector, the cost of buying high-end underwear is far lower than that of high-end jeans. The cost of high-end jeans is 5000 rupees, the underwear of women is about 90 rupees, and men's underwear is 120 rupees.

Therefore, for India consumers, there is almost no budgetary burden to buy high-end underwear.

During this period, their export sales grew at an annual rate of 22%.

Urge

Exit

Part of the motivation for retailers to leave the export market is the energy crisis. The energy crisis makes it difficult for them to meet the final delivery deadline set by international retailers. International retailers usually use the no stock business mode to minimize their inventory costs.

By seeking free trade rather than seeking aid, the government of Pakistan has taken measures in the right direction. With the efforts of relevant departments, it will soon infuse the country's economy with positive impetus.

The lack of electricity has made it difficult for manufacturers in Pakistan to maintain continuous operations and fail to achieve timely delivery, which is very easy for them to lose orders from foreign retailers.
