Xu Wenying, vice president of the Federation of industry and President of China filament weaving Association, conducted a 4 day investigation on the silk weaving industrial cluster of Shaoxing County, Hangzhou Xiaoshan District, Xiamen Tongan District, Fujian Longhu City, Jin Jing Town, Zhejiang Province, etc., and visited 15 parent silk weaving enterprises in depth to understand the current business situation of the enterprises, and held talks with the leaders of the cluster.

Filament high end entrepreneur salon held in Zhejiang

Xu Wenying attended the second event of the "high-end entrepreneur Salon" in China's silk weaving industry, which was hosted by Zhejiang Tiansheng group.

Wang Jiayi, vice president and Secretary General of China filament weaving Association, hosted the event. A total of 15 well-known entrepreneurs in the industry participated in this salon.

During the salon activities, entrepreneurs mainly exchanged the difficulties encountered by the enterprises in their production, operation and development, and discussed enthusiastically how to get out of the difficulties.

Most entrepreneurs say that the lack of market demand at home and abroad is the bottleneck for the growth of enterprises. The decline in raw material prices and low price competition in the first half of the year have become the fundamental reasons why enterprises are unable to make profits.

In addition, in order to stabilize the workforce, the cost of enterprises has also increased.

Because salons are all the leading enterprises in the industry, they have strong ability to resist risks. Although the market environment is not ideal at present, most enterprises can still make profits, especially in the production of medium and high grade polyester simulated silk fabrics, nylon cold resistant fabrics, sportswear fabrics and some interwoven products.

The entrepreneurs in the market are not optimistic about the market outlook for the second half of this year and the first half of next year.

Characteristics of Fujian filament weaving industry cluster

During the visit to Tongan District, Xiamen city of Fujian Province, Longhu town of Jinjiang city and Jin Jing Town, the weaving industry cluster area of Fujian can be felt that there are 3 obvious characteristics of the Fujian filament weaving enterprise: first, the high level of production equipment; the two is the product development and positioning; three, the basic management is good.

High level of production equipment

In recent years, China's textile machinery manufacturing level has increased rapidly, especially the water jet looms almost comparable with imported looms.

Due to the rapid development of filament weaving industry in recent two years, enterprises must produce high quality and stable products if they want to have a foothold in fierce competition.

The enterprises in Fujian are mostly in the production of nylon fine denier and high-density products, and have higher requirements for the precise control of looms. Therefore, all the weaving enterprises in Fujian use TOYOTA and Tsuda Ko's looms.

The average price of imported water jet looms is 300 thousand yuan / Taiwan, which is 3~5 times that of similar looms in China.

In the long term specialized production of fine denier high density nylon fabric, some of them also introduced the pulp and pulp machine, the price was around 7 million yuan / set, which provided technical guarantee for improving the quality of products from the preceding processes such as blending.

Other companies adopt advanced technology of adding air conditioning device to warping machine to increase the network point and add bombs to the filament, and better meet the needs of downstream garment design in changing the style, quality and quality of the fabric.

In addition, in order to alleviate the pressure of employment, some enterprises began to introduce new automation equipment to reduce labor costs and improve efficiency.

For example, Zhejiang Tiansheng group spinning factory adopts automatic silk cake conveying and conveying device, and Fujian Xingxing group adopts full automatic warping machine.

Taking the warp wear as an example, this is a process that needs to be finished manually by weaving process, and the production mode of this process has been completely changed by full automatic warping machine.

The workload of this set of equipment is equivalent to 8 times that of manual wear, which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces employment.

In addition, the most advanced electronic digital recognition technology is used to distinguish different kinds of meridional fibers, which can minimize errors in the process and improve the efficiency of weaving.

Focus on product positioning and research and development

Fujian filaments weaving industry cluster is distributed around our country's garment production and distribution base, and there are relatively many outdoor casual wear, business clothes and sportswear products.

Therefore, the product positioning of Fujian filament weaving enterprises is also more concentrated, mainly based on nylon sports, leisure and winter wear fabrics.

Because of the close relationship with the downstream market, Fujian filament weaving enterprises pay more attention to the real demand of the market and the wearability of fabrics in product development.

The survey found that the more the market research and the adjustment of R & D product structure, the smaller the business pressure. For example, Xiamen Fusheng Textile Co., Ltd., Jinjiang Southern Weaving Co., Ltd., although the product variety and volume are small, the added value is high, and the production is flexible.

Site management is good.

In the workshop of Fujian filament weaving enterprise, we are pleased to find that the average level of enterprise site management is relatively high. Most enterprises can do the waterless loom workshop with no water traces on the ground, clean drainage pipes and no pollution for two times. The average stand rate of workers can reach 35~40 / person.

The vast majority of enterprises have realized the ERP management of production links, such as Xincheng group, Dafa technology group and Jinjiang Yuanda clothing Weaving Co., Ltd. through the display of the electronic screen in the obvious position to show the instantaneous weaving efficiency of different teams and workshops in different workshops, and directly link the output, efficiency and other indicators with the reward of the workers, effectively urging the front-line operators to fulfill their duties and fulfill their duties well.

Modern management improves production efficiency, while ensuring the quantity and quality of products, and at the same time, it also inspires the enthusiasm of employees.

Market performance and enterprise survival

As we all know, this year's domestic industrial economy is sluggish, and the textile industry, which has the highest degree of marketization, is facing enormous pressure of production and marketing inventory.

In 2011, the filament weaving industry benefited from the first three quarters.

cotton spinning

The market space left by the recession of the textile industry has developed steadily, but the market has been remarkably cold since the fourth quarter.

After half a year in 2012, the market still shows signs of warming. Most companies are worried about the future.

Insufficient demand and falling prices of raw materials will affect sales.

In the survey, enterprises said that the impact of the European debt crisis on the international market is continuing, and export oriented enterprises have been forced to turn to domestic sales.

However, the demand for clothing market in the lower reaches of the country is still seriously insufficient. The inventory pressure of clothing enterprises is serious, the number of orders is significantly reduced, and weaving enterprises have difficulty in receiving orders.

Enterprises say that sales are not good because they have no market and products can not be sold; two, because the price is too low, selling is also a loss.

In the first half of the year, the price of raw materials continued to fall, which lowered the price of finished products. Some weaving products with long weaving period, such as heavy shading curtains, had a weaving period of 3 months, and there was no profit.

The fall in raw material prices has greatly damaged the confidence of the weaving industry operators and increased the difficulty of judging the market trend in the later stage.

In addition, when the weather is good, the scale of waterjet looms is expanding rapidly, causing competition and encouragement in the industry and weaving companies competing to keep prices down.

When prices fall below the bottom line that businesses can afford, businesses can only choose to abandon sales.

Contradiction between start-up and inventory

From field visits, the average starting rate of filament weaving enterprises is around 70%, which is at a low level.

Enterprises consciously reduce the start-up rate mainly to alleviate the inventory pressure, but according to our observation, although enterprises have consciously choose to stop, inventory pressure is still increasing.

At present, inventory for more than two months is quite common. Some enterprises with larger scale and higher rate of opening up are at a higher level.

Enterprises said that knowing that inventory pressure and capital risk increase can not reduce the main reasons for starting work: first, in order to stabilize the workforce, it is more difficult to recruit a worker, and it is more difficult to recruit a worker. Once a large area is shut down, it is bound to be faced with the loss of staff and workers. Even if the market turns better, it is difficult for enterprises to recover their vitality in a short time. Two, under the supervision of bank loans, too much downtime will seriously affect the confidence of banks in lending to enterprises. Once the banks no longer lend or reduce lending, the capital turnover of enterprises will encounter difficulties, and the amount of loans they will strive for will be exhausted.

It can be said that enterprises are afraid to stop production. They can only choose to produce some conventional varieties with high added value as stock. After all, such products are easier to sell when the market is restored, but this is also risky. Even if they win, they will be black and blue.

The contradiction between labor and employment appears.

As we all know, in the past 4 years since the implementation of the labor contract law, the rights and interests of workers have been effectively protected, and the relations between employers and employees have also been greatly improved.

However, during this visit, some enterprises reflected that due to the lack of specific provisions on the liability for compensation for industrial accidents in the labor contract law, for example, although the time of commuting on the way to work is part of the working hours, it is not clear how to determine the time of commuting on the commuting road and the judicial interpretation.

In addition, due to the rising wages and related costs, the employment cost of enterprises has increased rapidly.

For this reason, some enterprises begin to introduce automatic production equipment to reduce employment, and at the same time, improve production efficiency and stabilize product quality.

However, the introduction of automation equipment investment and equipment depreciation period is longer, especially in the current market environment, increased the difficulty of corporate capital recovery and credit pressure.

The interest expense is not reduced and the accounts receivable is hard to recover.

According to the visit, enterprises still face the problem of "financing difficulties and financing expensive". The high interest expense has increased the financial cost of enterprises.

At the same time, although enterprises can receive some orders in difficult market environment, they still can not avoid falling into the awkward situation that the money is hard to recover.

The printing and dyeing factories, garment factories and sales businesses in the downstream of the weaving factory are in arrears, but most spinning mills do not accept the arrears. This makes the weaving factories caught in the middle of the capital chain, and the shortage of funds is serious.

Suggestions for enterprise development

Guarantee capital chain

Capital chain is the lifeline of an enterprise.

In the current market environment, enterprises should not blindly maintain production or even follow suit to expand investment. We should pay attention to the normal circulation of capital chain and cash flow, ensure the survival and development of enterprises, and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.

Focus on product development and Market Research

Products recognized by the market are good products.

Enterprises should pay more attention to the research of market demand and actively develop new products that are suitable for market demand and practical, so as to gain market share.

Looking at market trends from multiple perspectives

Enterprises are seeking survival and development in the industry, in the entire industrial chain, and even in the whole international and domestic environment.

Therefore, in the current market environment, enterprises should not only study the international market but also study the domestic market. We should not only study the upstream raw material market, but also pay attention to the changes of downstream garment processing links, commercial sales links and residents' consumption links. At the same time, we should pay enough attention to the subtle changes in the related industries such as oil, cotton and cocoon.

Affected by the European debt crisis, the global economic recovery is slow, and the industrial manufacturing industry is struggling.

But according to the National Bureau of statistics 1~5 monthly economic data,

Filament weaving industry

The overall economic operation can remain stable.

At present, the filament weaving industry is in the middle and summer production and marketing off-season in the mid summer. But looking at the future of the whole industry, we should fully recognize the development potential and potential of the industry. We must overcome the difficulties and overcome the difficulties and meet the new opportunities and challenges with confidence.
