Why can't migrant workers stay in cities at the end of the year?

Many migrant workers live in dormitories and construction sites in cities.

Cracking the "labor shortage", what brand should we play?


After the outbreak of "labor shortage" in the Spring Festival, many enterprises have put up "raise salary card", "family loyalty card", "treatment card" and other means to detain people.

Many enterprises chartered or chartered buses directly sent workers home. Before the Spring Festival, they sent red packets, promised to improve welfare benefits and so on. They racked their brains to prepare for normal operation in the coming year.
