Feng Siqi: the cost of raw materials occupies a large proportion in the cost of yarn.

Therefore, how to improve the utilization rate of raw materials is particularly important in today's high cotton prices.

As a matter of fact, more and more customers are choosing whether or not they can effectively improve the utilization rate of materials as an important reference index when choosing equipment.

It is undeniable that many equipment manufacturers still pay more attention to how to increase the production capacity of equipment, and blindly pursue the improvement of production speed, but neglect how to use raw materials efficiently.

I think this problem must arouse the attention of equipment manufacturers.

Reporter: since the beginning of this year, China's textile industry has again witnessed a shocking and high-speed development trend. At the same time, it has also effectively pushed the demand for textile machinery equipment. Not only the sales volume of products in the whole spinning machine industry has reached a record high, but also in the first three quarters of the year, China's textile machinery imports reached 3 billion 74 million dollars.

How long do you think this trend can last?

Feng Siqi: I think the prosperity of textile machinery industry this year is more of a restorative growth, with the characteristics of periodic fluctuations.

But overall, China's overall economy is still expanding, and domestic demand still has much room for improvement.

Therefore, in the long run, China's textile machinery industry will still maintain a positive growth trend, but next year there may be a slowdown stage.

From this year's market sales situation, the cotton spinning industry as an example, a considerable part of the new projects is complete sets of equipment.

I believe that in the coming period, with the continuous development of the Chinese market and the more attention paid by the enterprises to the whole process, the sales of the complete sets of cotton spinning equipment will continue to grow.

The idea that the whole process is consistent with the idea of "textile system supplier", which has been adhering to by Lida, has made us more confident in the Chinese market.

Reporter: under the premise of the rising prices of raw materials, energy prices, labor prices and the appreciation expectation of the RMB exchange rate, a significant trend of the domestic textile machinery market is that textile enterprises have greatly increased the purchase of high-grade equipment, and the products with high efficiency, energy saving and less labor will be the mainstream of the market demand in the future. This undoubtedly provides a huge market space for Lida.

Then how does the company adapt to the market demand in product development?

Feng Siqi: in recent years, we obviously feel that those Chinese companies that pursue maximum profits are high-end.

Reporter: in 1998, Lida set up the first spinning machine manufacturing factory in China in Changzhou. After 12 years, Lida will build another factory in Changzhou.

Does this mean that the strategic development of Lida will rely more heavily on the Chinese market?

Feng Siqi: with the rapid development of China's textile industry, the pace of Lida's advance in China has never slowed down.

After reaching Changzhou in 1998, Lida (Changzhou) launched a plant expansion in 2006, and only 4 years later, the scale of production is far from meeting the needs of customers.

In fact, as early as 2008, we have completed the planning of the new plant, but due to the impact of the global financial crisis, this plan has been postponed until this year.

In the future new factories, we will not only bring more textile products from Europe, but also increase training centers, spinning centers and spare parts warehouses, so as to provide better services for Chinese customers.

In the overall development strategy of Lida, China does occupy a very important position. This is not only because China is the world's largest cotton textile base. At the same time, we also need to regard the Changzhou factory as an important part of the global supply chain. Besides providing the latest technology for Chinese customers, it also shoulders the mission of providing spare parts, spare parts and even the whole machine for overseas markets.

Reporter: in recent years, the level of China's textile machinery manufacturing industry is also gradually improving, especially cotton spinning equipment has a strong competitive advantage.
