The price of lint in Urumqi, Shihezi and Changji in Northern Xinjiang has been rebounded in recent days, because pportation is more convenient than that in southern Xinjiang, plus the mainland.

The purchase is relatively centralized, so the quotation is 200-500 yuan / ton higher than the same grade cotton in southern Xinjiang.
Some mainland textile enterprises said that on the 7 day, the pick-up price of the three grade cotton in Xinjiang's machine picked cotton was about 25000-25500 yuan / ton, which was 500 yuan / ton lower than that of hand picked cotton, which aroused the interest of many cotton mills in the mainland.
It is understood that as of 6 and 7 December, the cotton processing progress in southern Xinjiang has reached about 65%.
In the southern part of Xinjiang, some of the mainland rental factories or cotton shopping enterprises involved in the purchase of cotton linen have adopted the way of motor pportation to speed up the relocation of the warehouse to Korla (the cost of motor pportation is about 220-250 yuan / ton). Although some costs have been increased, the mainland enterprises have indicated that they should move to the mainland's cotton consumption area as soon as possible, and that once the cotton price is stabilized and rebounded, they can be sold and returned to the capital at any time.
According to some cotton enterprises in the mainland, the number of cotton piled up in Urumqi, Shihezi and other platforms is not large, which is only about 70% of that of the same period last year. The pressure of the Xinjiang leather wagon is not outstanding, mainly due to the fact that the selling price of domestic cotton is still in an upside down state with the price of cotton and linseed purchase price in the corps and autonomous region, and the state-owned cotton enterprises are not willing to speed up the pformation of the warehouse. The main reason is that some Xinjiang cotton enterprises are not comfortable with moving the warehouse to the mainland warehouse, and prefer the way of delivery on the platform of Xinjiang.
