The Central Bank Said It Will Continue To Implement Moderately Loose Monetary Policy In The Three Quarter.

The conference held that the world economy is gradually recovering, but structural problems and risks are still outstanding.

China's economic performance is generally good, and continues to develop in the direction of macro regulation and control. However, the task of managing inflation expectations, maintaining stable and rapid economic development, adjusting the economic structure and changing the mode of economic development are still arduous.

Since the beginning of this year, China's monetary and credit has increased reasonably, the liquidity of the banking system has been basically moderate, the RMB exchange rate has been floating in two directions, the elasticity has been strengthened, and the financial system has continued to run smoothly.

The meeting stressed that in the next stage, we should continue to implement moderately loose monetary policy in accordance with the unified arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, maintain continuity and stability of policies, and enhance the pertinence and flexibility of regulation.

We should pay close attention to the new changes in the economic and financial situation at home and abroad, flexibly apply a variety of monetary policy tools, maintain moderate growth in monetary and credit, conscientiously implement the credit policy with "helping and controlling", continue to adjust and optimize the credit structure, and further improve the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism. We must adhere to the market supply and demand as a basis, adjust with reference to a basket of currencies, and enhance exchange rate flexibility.
