As for why the words "no dry cleaning" were not marked on the clothes, the salesperson explained that the garments were not produced before October 1st, so they should be tagged in future.
"The state has issued a new standard, clothes must be labeled as dry cleaning. Do you pay attention to the clothes you choose for your baby?" in a supermarket at Changzheng Road, when a reporter asked Ms. Chen, who was picking clothes for her children, she looked puzzled: "I haven't heard of it."
