New York Brand Sports Shoes

On the 27 day, we received a report from NewBalance company. The Haidian branch of the Municipal Bureau of industry and Commerce seized the nbron brand sneakers on suspicion of trademark infringement in a terminal market of Lenovo bridge.

According to the law enforcement officers of industry and commerce, although the "New York" brand in the tail cargo market has been registered through normal procedures, there are differences in the register with the trademark of the NewBalance brand, but the difference is not evident in the solid shoes. Many styles are also modeled on NewBalance. Moreover, the category of "New York" registered is only leather shoes, which is illegal in sports shoes. Therefore, the behavior of "New York" brand has constituted infringement on NewBalance trademark.

By the time of press release, all the sports shoes of the new market have been ordered.
