Vietnam'S Textile And Apparel Exports Amounted To Nearly US $1 Billion In July.

Vietnam's textile and Apparel Association (Vitas) reported that Vietnam's textile and apparel exports were nearly US $1 billion in July, an increase of nearly US $20 million, according to the Vietnam economic times. The total export volume of US $5 billion 800 million in the first 7 months increased by 17% over the same period last year.


Among them, exports to the United States increased by 23%, exports to Japan increased by 15%, and exports to ASEAN increased by 30%. Exports to Korea rose the largest, increasing by more than 80% over the same period last year. Exports to Europe were the smallest, with an increase of only 1.5% over the same period last year. Vitas predicts that Vietnam will achieve an export target of US $10 billion 500 million this year, an increase of 13% over the same period last year.
