Plant Fiber

This year, some of Fujian Shishi cloth companies have turned to the development of non cotton plants.

In recent days, a variety of new Shishi Wenxing group Fabric Samples, Zhejiang has been two well-known clothing enterprises. After the re observation of the effect of the sample clothes, two Zhejiang clothing enterprises have placed orders. It is worth mentioning that the raw material fibers of these new fabrics are all extracted from bio based products such as corn straw by Wenxing group.

Previously, stone lion The yarn and grey cloth used by the vast majority of cloth enterprises need to be purchased, and almost all of the non cotton plant fibers are purchased from outside. Therefore, it can be said that Wenxing group's successful research and development of bio based fiber and fabric has ended the history of Shishi non cotton fiber relying on outsourcing to a certain extent.

Ouyang Wenxian, chairman of Wenxing group, said: This is not only to adapt to the new consumer demand, but also driven by the rising cotton price. He believes that cotton prices and yarns are rising again and again, and consumers and society have stronger requirements for low-carbon and environmental protection. Only by developing more plant and biological fabrics as soon as possible can they better meet this demand.

Wenxing group set foot in Bio based fiber Products, mainly corn straw fiber, corn husk fiber, soybean straw fiber, wheat straw fiber, rice straw fiber, sugarcane fiber and so on. Among the group's new products in spring and summer this year, corn fiber, soybean fiber and other bio based fiber fabrics have been developed and produced, and many garment manufacturers pay attention to the samples once they are put on the market. It is understood that bio based fiber fabrics have a lot of new market competitiveness, such as spring and summer clothing, especially emphasizing the comfort and feel of fabrics, while fabrics woven with corn fiber, wheat orange fiber and soybean fiber can meet this requirement.

Mr. Zhang, a well-known clothing company in Zhejiang Province, said that now more businesses put forward requirements for environmentally friendly raw materials when entering clothing. In the past, more cotton fabrics were required. This year, after cotton and yarn continued to rise, some enterprises developed bio based fabrics such as corn fiber and hemp fiber, which have a good market prospect and can also increase the bargaining space for some clothing.

Wenxing group has strong technical support for biological fiber fabrics. At present, Wenxing is cooperating with Haitian Textile Group to jointly invest in the new 100 mu production base in Shishi Jinshang industrial zone. It adopts the Sorona polymer technology of DuPont to develop, produce and sell PTT bio differential fiber, functional fiber, fine denier fiber, hollow fiber and other series products.

It is understood that the cloth produced with bio based fibers such as corn straw fiber, bamboo fiber and flax fiber can save more water and pesticide than cotton cloth in the production process. In addition, corn fiber and other bio based fiber fabrics have soft handle, good elasticity and elastic recovery, which are very suitable for clothing material field. This kind of fiber can be blended, twisted and interwoven with wool, cotton and other natural fibers or synthetic fibers. Many new textile fabrics can be developed, and the market prospect is very broad.

"The competition of textile and clothing in the future will be more about the competition of new fabrics and new fiber materials." People concerned believe that ecology and low-carbon are a major pursuit of today's society. Backbone fabric enterprises such as Shishi Wenxing group set foot in the development of bio based fibers and fabrics in a timely manner, which will play a positive role in improving the quality of Shishi and its surrounding clothing and enhancing the differentiated competitiveness.
