At school, her younger brothers saw her as a career icon. Recently, Zhao mud started her own postgraduate entrance examination when the business was booming. Throughout the summer vacation, besides working, she was busy preparing for the examination of Fudan University's postgraduate degree in advertising.




"My science is international trade. Now I have too many people in trade, I am under great pressure, and I have been poor in mathematics, so I have no future in trade.

At that time, we set the target: start our own business.

At the sophomore year, Zhao Nai and a friend of Zhejiang University founded a cultural and art planning company, mainly for some enterprises to plan evening party and other literary activities.

"After working with friends for a year, I feel that the scope of cultural and artistic planning is very narrow, and the threshold is very low, so there is little competition.

And the scope of public relations is very wide. Besides, there are several large public relations companies in Beijing and Shanghai, but the development of public relations in other places is still immature.

Zhao mud talked about why he founded public relations planning company.




In 2009, Zhao Ni founded his own public relations planning company.

"Because the company has just started and its scale is very small, the office has only a dozen square meters in an office building.

At present, the company has 2 designers, 2 planners, 3 executors and 7 staff members.

"Shortly after I started to run an independent company, I received a PR project from a car company.

Because of its initial stage, it is not very familiar with the public relations field, and there are complex rules in the field of public relations itself.

The company even threatened to pay no fees. At that time, I was really scared and couldn't sleep for days. "

"This should be the worst experience I've ever had since I started my business," he recalled.




At present, several public relations projects received by the company feel well done, and the business side is also quite satisfied.

What Zhao Nai most proud of is that he has done a public relations activities planning database.

"There are many public relations planning companies adopting some of the same plans and few innovative ideas.

This problem has been troubling me.

My database designs all kinds of activities to different levels of PR project packages, and customers can choose them according to their needs. We can fine tune them on the basis of their needs, thus saving both the time of customer selection process and the convenience of both sides.




Zhao mud is a native of Dongyang, Zhejiang. There are various kinds of private enterprises in her hometown. Zhao Ni said that she was very good at Zhejiang's local private enterprise market.




Entrepreneurship is indispensable to professional knowledge.




On the road of entrepreneurship, Zhao mud said that enthusiasm is very important.

"The biggest difference between me and many entrepreneurs is that I am younger, and the enthusiasm of young people is very high.

Entrepreneurship requires a temporary impulse. Enthusiasm is the best motivation to maintain this impulse. "

"But in addition to these, entrepreneurs also need a lot of expertise."

Zhao mud said.

Now she is preparing for the postgraduate examination of advertising at Fudan University.

"What I lack most is my experience and knowledge, so I am now in the knowledge of public relations and so on. I will take two hours to read public relations books before I go to bed every night.

Starting a business, knowing that learning is as important as passion.
