Mr. Yamamoto Teruji, who was bankrupt in October last year, returned to his hometown of Tokyo, Japan, to hold his own fashion show. This is the first time that Mr. Yamamoto has returned to Japan for more than 20 years, and about 3200 people came to watch the show that night.


The venue is in the stadium of the 1964 Olympic Games.

Many Japanese celebrities and designers came to see it.

Mr. Yamamoto has repeatedly reiterated his commitment to the development of high quality clothing and now has some ideas for fast fashion.

He said that the financial turmoil did not hamper his creativity, and he had been looking for better partners.


Mr. Yamamoto said he had not yet decided whether he would do the next season's fashion show in Tokyo, but he promised that the brand would continue to grow in Paris.

And Mr. Yamamoto said he wanted to move the focus to China for the future brand planning. China has become a hot area for its flagship store in Asia.

Other emerging markets such as India, Brazil and Russia are also the target markets for expanding their business.
