Insufficient Input Of Domestic Garment Enterprises In Informatization

From March 29th to April 1st, the Eleventh China (Dongguan) International Textile and garment industry technology exhibition and the eleven China (Dongguan) international shoe machine shoe material factory technology exhibition were held at Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center, Houjie Town, Dongguan from April 1st to April 1st. 　　据了解，从国内服装企业的信息化投入与销售收入比例来看，85%的企业低于1%，10%的企业达到了1%到2%，5%的企业达到2%以上。而国外服装企业的信息化投入至少要达到销售收入的2%以上，领先企业甚至达到5%到10%。较低的投入水平决定了国内纺织服装行业的信息化水平普遍偏低，信息化建设状况并不尽如人意。

　　据悉，就纺织行业信息化的现状而言，主要存在以下四个方面的问题：第一，企业对信息化的资金投入严重不足；第二，企业信息化人才严重短缺；第三，缺少适于行业应用的软件产品；第四，缺乏信息化建设总体规划。专家指出，东莞市纺织企业要重视信息化生产管理多方位投入，纺织行业企业进行创新，要具有对多元化市场的洞察力，要善于预测。纺织行业企业的创新能力体现在生产管理效率、成本控制能力、快速反应能力、市场运作能力等方面，这些都必须建立在信息化基础上。
