Premier Wen Jiabao yesterday met with representatives from abroad at the China Development Summit Forum in 2010, and made in-depth exchanges on the world economic situation, especially China's continued response to the international financial crisis, maintaining steady and rapid economic development, and accelerating the pformation of the mode of economic development.

On the same day, China Development Summit Forum will be closed in Beijing on 2010.

During the forum, the overseas representatives were very concerned about the healthy development of China's financial system. Wen Jiabao said that an important reason for China's economy to cope with the crisis is that the financial system is relatively healthy and has not been greatly affected, but it does not mean that there is no problem.

China's financial reform can not stop and should be deepened.

Before the financial crisis is over, the most important task before us is to prevent systemic risks.

Wen Jiabao said that in the face of financial crisis and difficulties, the world should work together in the same boat and work together.

At the beginning of the crisis, I repeatedly called for confidence and courage. Now I want to emphasize that calm and sober, and the recovery of world economy is not smooth sailing.

Once again, I would like to call on all responsible countries in the world, all entrepreneurs with conscience, not to fight trade wars and currency wars.

What we need is mutual respect, equal consultation and enhanced cooperation.

Wen Jiabao said that China advocated free trade and never pursued a favorable balance of trade.

Efforts to expand imports and maintain a basically balanced balance of payments are our long-term efforts.
