Textile And Garment Enterprises: In Accordance With The "Adjustment Of The City" New Laws Of EcologyAdversity To Survive.

China's textile and garment enterprises no longer sit in the face of "deep winter".

Recently, the high oil price has prompted the RMB to appreciate again.

Immediately after that, the European Union's directive to restrict the use of PFOS (perfluorooctane sulfonyl compounds) began to be formally implemented.

Faced with the pressure that followed, this year's life of Chinese textile and garment enterprises is much more difficult.

Reporters recently visited some textile and garment enterprises and professional managers, and found that many companies faced unprecedented challenges, and did not blindly adopt the traditional "shut, stop, move" corresponding, or wait for changes in overseas markets, national policies "relief", but in accordance with the "adjustment of the city" new ecological law, in the face of adversity to survive and develop.

The "two out of doors" business is the most difficult one.

Cai Liqiang has served as deputy general manager of Hunan's "forget forget" garments Co., Ltd., which owns China's well-known trademark, and has 25 years of experience in management.

He said that over the past year or more, in the process of rapid appreciation of RMB, many export oriented business partners have gradually lost their profit margins.

In this big "shuffle", many "two out of" export textile and garment enterprises, hoping to turn into domestic sales after becoming increasingly unprofitable after the total export business of foreign exchange earning about about 100000000000 US dollars has become increasingly unprofitable.

But this pformation is not compatible with the fact that for a long time, "two out of doors" enterprises have been doing "OEM" for foreign enterprises' foreign brands.

It has suddenly become a domestic market, even without its own brand, so it is difficult to participate in the domestic market competition.

Unfortunately, some export textile and garment enterprises temporarily take out some brands and compete in the low-grade clothing market.

More enterprises are hoping to do "OEM" for the famous brand enterprises in China.

According to the reporter, there are still some enterprises, the factory buildings that were located on the coast of the past few years ago have been empty. Most of the machines and employees in the factory have been pferred to provinces such as Hunan and Hubei.

Some even consider moving the production enterprises to Vietnam.

Related entrepreneurs believe that although Vietnam is experiencing financial crisis, it may be the chance to enter Vietnam.

In many coastal enterprises, as long as the cost is reduced, the production line will turn to the Midwest or Vietnam in China, and it is also a choice for survival.

Enterprises with independent brands are relatively active.

Cai Liqiang said that the domestic textile and garment enterprises with independent brands are better off.

But how to "do yourself" is also worth ponder.

Many garment enterprises say that in the domestic clothing market, overseas brands have worked hard for about 30 years, and have basically occupied the high-end market of domestic clothing.

China's independent well-known brand enterprises are mainly engaged in fierce competition in the two high-end market segments, and no one dared to breathe a sigh of relief.

Although it seems easier to place orders for the "two out" enterprises in the past, enterprises with independent brands have found that the coastal textile and garment industry is seriously lacking in the price suitable labor force, so it is necessary to overturn the price of the "introduction fee" per person to require the local enterprises to help recruit workers.

In addition, the industry expects that in the coming period, there will be "electricity shortage" in some parts of the country, and the price of raw materials and fuels will generally rise. At this time, it is difficult to guarantee "delivery" for the "OEM", and the related enterprises may sacrifice quality for profits, which is very unsafe.

In recent years, many Chinese textile and garment enterprises with well-known brands have received overseas orders of tens of millions of dollars.

However, many enterprises have found that if they accept such orders, the total capacity of the company will have to work at full strength for several months.

During this period, the self-cultivation brand that had been nurturing for many years could either find someone to do the "OEM" or disappear from the market for a long time.

Weighing the pros and cons, many enterprises have begun to learn to decline these "pie in the sky", cling to their teeth and seriously "do themselves".

"Bear market" to reverse Enterprises

Cai Liqiang acknowledged that compared with the market adjustment he had gone through before, the Chinese textile industry is now facing this low tide period, which is particularly hard.

But there is no lack of bright colors in the long bear road.

First of all, at present, in the field of Chinese garment production, which has about 80 thousand large-scale enterprises, it is becoming less and less to make simple duplication and low level production.

From the statistical data, the total number of enterprises is decreasing and the output increase is decreasing, but the accompanying output value is increasing, which indicates that the added value of products is improving.

Among them, the most typical example is Hunan Huasheng Zhuzhou cedar Co. Ltd., after the world record of 160 Japanese ramie fabrics was broken by Japan, 300 ramie pure ramie fabrics were successfully developed recently.

Hana Yui, Secretary of ramie Specialized Committee of the China Association of hemp industry, said: "I didn't expect that during the most difficult period of the textile industry, our enterprises would turn the ramie coarse fiber into the" evening silk fabric with thin silk like cicada and slippery silk ", thus achieving the goal of a long history of Chinese ramie textile industry.

According to the reporter's understanding, Hunan's Huasheng Zhuzhou cedar Co. Ltd. developed the world's highest number of pure ramie fabrics, and exported to Europe and the United States the price reached 200 yuan / meter, which is 20 times the price of ordinary pure ramie cloth in the past.

Secondly, in the current round of changes in China's textile and garment industry, some brands, with thick brands and abundant cash flow, are actively buying land, building factories and upgrading technical equipment.

In terms of management, we collect technical personnel, launch information management and decision making systems, and cooperate with universities to set up new technology and new product research and development centers.

Although the market environment is grim, many Chinese textile and garment enterprises begin to develop products in the second half of the year in advance, and 4 months ahead of schedule.
